  *The Worse Service I have ever Experienced* *AVOID*

  I would strongly advise avoiding this place. Communication was extremely poor and, from what I observed, the property was dirty and not suitable for a family stay. There is nothing personal in this feedback, but we nearly had to cancel our booking initially as we were struggling to travel from the UAE due to the situation there at the time. The hotel showed zero understanding and charged us regardless.We eventually managed to get to Poland, but despite informing the hotel in advance and providing details of our late arrival, we received no response, no instructions, and the contact phone number did not connect. Fortunately, we found a lovely place nearby, which saved our trip, although it meant paying for alternative accommodation.Based on both our experience and other reviews, service appears very inconsistent, and I would not expect a good level of customer care. While the location is decent, it is surrounded by bars, including an English football bar, which may not suit everyone. Overall, the place felt run-down and uninviting. There are many better options available, and I would recommend choosing elsewhere.Happy to provide further details via private message if needed.

  Great appartment but no chance of a sleep and cheeky staff

  We were in room 17, which was a great size and very tastefully decorated. The apartments were very conveniently located for visiting main square.Check in was fairly easy would have expected to be rating this a 5/5.However it was completely ruined by the blasting music until 0400 both nights right outside our window in a courtyard. We complained to reception after first night and the staff was very cheeky “You are in Krakow city what do you expect?” she then backtracked a little and said that they should not be using the courtyard so it must just be a party. Both nights there was at least 50 people and in morning the place was spotless, so find it really unlikely this was an unorganised party.Would not recommend anyone who want any sleep book this place.

  Great if you like Rowdy Drinkers and Eggy Smells!

  We booked 4 apartments for our family holiday to Kraków. It was great as it was central to the Main Square and the apartment was nicely decorated inside. However, being so central and next to the street with the bars, it was very loud up until the early hours of the following morning. People could be heard shouting on the streets outside. It’s also situated above the England Football Club Bar where it was very rowdy - not the fault of the apartment but bare it in mind if you are a light sleeper.The beds were very very hard and uncomfortable. In addition, two of the rooms had a stench of rotten egg from the drains which we complained about.I wouldn’t stay here again.

  Couldn't have asked for better

  We stayed for 4 nights this past week and we were really impressed. The room we got was perfect. It was massive in size, had a great sized bed and had everything you would need. The facilities such as the kitchen and bathroom were great. The location is excellent, everything is about 2 - 5 minutes away. No issues with the room WIFI. Had a brilliant nights sleep every night with no issues of noise (when windows closed but we were given a standing fan so heat wasn't an issue). 10/10, would definitely recommend. So cheap as well.

  Probably wouldn't stay again

  Ordered a taxi through the appartment to collect us from the airport as our flight was due in at 11pm and we wanted to go straight to the appartment with no hassle at that time of night. No sign of any taxi driver when we arrived, so we waited until near midnight and still no one arrived so we had to use one of the airport taxis instead.. not the best start to our trip.The appartment was in a good location, just up a side street from the main square. Quite a few stairs to climb though to our room. It can also be noisy late at night with the bars below and in the morning with the delivery vans / garbage trucks emptying bottles The room was reasonably clean, apart from the kettle as shown in the picture below, I don't know how anyone missed cleaning that or how it even got in that state, needless to say we didn't use it!The other issue was the bathroom, there was an absolutely putrid smell in it, really musty and damp and would honestly make you feel ill even walking past the room, never mind having to be in it.. didn't make it a very 'deluxe' appartment.
