    What a smashing little place to stay

    What a great little find. So cheap and we found it perfect for us. We are a couple in our 50’s and 60’s. We don’t need fancy, we’re only sleeping at the venue. We always look for this type of option so we can save money on meals outCommunication between us and the property was really good. Messages were read and replied too quicklyEasy self check in and out. Code were sent to us, no issuesRoom was spotless. Towels were provided. Our single beds were really comfy. A bit creaky but didn’t stop us sleeping well. There is a tv but nothing that we found to watch, but we didn’t come away to watch tv. Kitchen was spotless and right opposite our room. There was cooking facilities which some families used, we could smell the bacon cooking one morning. Free tea and coffee is also available in the kitchenAll the staff we met were really pleasantWe did hear other families laughing and children playing but it was just general noise of a holiday venueDO NOT BE PUT OFF BY THE CURB APPEAL. Yes when we got out of our uber my wife looked a little concerned. But it felt safe to wonder round and we were right by a 4* hotel. We will be back and would happily book the Moon Hostel again

    Don't bother, go anywhere else in Krakow

    Stayed here for 3 nights. Room was decent enough. However, the other guests in the hostel were inconsiderate at best. Kept up all night due to parties ect. in the adjacent rooms despite a quiet time of '22.00-06.00'. No one on site to manage noise nuisance. I wouldn't bother staying at this place, until they have people in place to ensure comfort of all guests is maintained go to any other place in Krakow to stay. The location or price mean nothing if you cannot actually get a decent night's sleep.

    Hostel? More of a hotel, all en suite, nice breakfast available, polite staff and comfortable beds. A short walk to the centre. Took a group of students and teachers and everyone was happy with the facilities. Will stay again.

    I have been at the moon hostel with my boyfriend for the first few days of my Erasmus. It is very close to the city center and very well connected. The rooms are clean (my room had a private bathroom, also clean) and there is also a small kitchen for the costumers to use.

    we were group of 6 girls, stayed at 6-bed bedroom with private bathroom. the hostel has small kitchen in which you can make coffee of tea with microwave. We had a fridge in our room. bathroom was vary basic, we had a problem with the drain in the shower. room was very basic, maybe you should bring your extension becasue there were 8 sockets in the room.It is half hour from the centar (walking distance)
