Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the 24-hour reception desk are happy to answer any questions.     Well located hotel twenty minutes walk from main square close to river and castle.Hotel is very clean with lovely staff- special mention to Rafel on reception professional friendly and very helpful a real asset.Rather surly bearded barman the only exception.We throughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return.

    Think Twice About Choosing This Hotel If You Are Lactose-Intolerant.

    The hotel itself is well-situated and pleasant. However, I am lactose-intolerant and I was very disappointed in the restaurant. Every main course contains milk and the allergen labelling on the menu is very inaccurate. It uses a milk bottle symbol for dishes including milk but two dishes are not labelled, even though one contains cottage cheese and the other is a spaghetti carbonara, which is a cheese-based dish. There are other errors but these are two of the most blatant. Breakfast was better (fortunately, as breakfast was included in my package) but, again, be wary of trusting the labelling. I can’t see how pickled cucumbers can contain milk! It’s such a pity, because the hotel is very good in other respects.

    The location is good, close walking distance to the center of the city. The breakfast is ok. The staff needs training and need to be more helpful. TV was showing only polish channels and there was no option to use netflix. ...Overall ok but they need improve some points to make it a perfect stay

    We really enjoyed our stay, we booked it because of the pool but we only used it once as the poolside loungers were very uncomfortable!However our room sleep quality was excellent, bed and pillows are very comfortable, we turned down the room temperature though which had been set far too high. The room and bathroom were spacious but the main room lighting was poor. We stayed 5 nights and had a free room upgrade which had a fabulous view of the castle and river. The location of the hotel is great, we got a bus to/from the airport and it was a short walk from the stop. We walked easily everywhere in the city, it’s about 20 minutes to the Main Square. There were lots of options for breakfast but felt the hot buffet didn’t keep the hot food hot enough and none of the chilled food eg fruit, yogurt, meats were on refrigerated display. Also we disagree that guests should be allowed to bring dogs into the buffet area and especially not on a leash. Perhaps now I’ve written this I should have rated lower than 5 stars but we enjoyed it and would recommend.

    Hotel is well situated across from the river and a 10min walk to the centre of the Old Town. The standard room was excellent- rooms were warm and clean as were the public areas. The Spa has a small pool and very small jacuzzi - no steam room or sauna. For us, the only unsatisfactory feature was the breakfast. We were room only but tried the breakfast on our first morning. All of the ‘hot’ food was cold and it seemed to take a while to replenish. At 80plz per person is wasn’t worth the money. Although we complained, the gentleman staff member on duty at the restaurant was indifferent whilst when checking out, again there seemed to be little interest in our observation……we were simply handed a copy of our receipt for the payment made for breakfast 🤷🏻‍♂️. We would return but would definitely stick with room only - in close proximity, there are plenty other cafes etc offering better quality breakfasts at less cost.
