Location

Facility

    One star service five star prices . A shambles. No menus in room, no room service despite their website saying they do. TV essential for accessing hotel information except TV doesn't work. One robe for two people. Heating is central controlled and set to cold. Panel in rooms is a toy to play with. Mini bar in rooms contains two very small bottles of apple juice only. Very rude and arrogant restaurant staff not interested in customers. What had happened to Accor? Can't believe this place is so bad.

    After a canceled flight, we ended up here for one night. The hotel staff was super organized, as was the kitchen. Everyone was lovely.The rooms well organized, seems clearly after facelift, with comfy beds and big tv screen. Facilities like swimming pool- rather for children only. The only 2 things I couldn't stand was the floral smell in the hallways and the musty smell in the room!!

    Our stay at Novotel Kraków City West was very pleasant and exactly what we needed ahead of an early flight the next day.Breakfast was a real highlight — good quality, well organized, and offering a nice variety to start the day right. It made the short stay feel comfortable rather than rushed.Special thanks go to Polina at the reception, who truly did her best to make us happy with what she had available. Her positive attitude, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help did not go unnoticed and made a real difference to our experience.Overall, a good, smooth stay and a reliable choice, especially when traveling early the following morning. We would happily stay again.

    The hotel is located a bit outside the city center, but the bus stop is right in front, which makes getting around easy. I used the hotel mainly for sleeping, so I can't comment on the pools or other amenities. The room was average—nothing special, but adequate. The same goes for the breakfast: fairly basic, nothing remarkable.
