  When ‘palace’ merely means old and tired. Check-in was confusing and seemed like a scam. The P&J office e-mailed me to check what time I was arriving. I replied accurately. On arrival, I checked in at the office. My room wasn’t ready- which was fine -however 20 min later I get a text asking when I was going to arrive!!!. The text said that things had recently changed and another office (which was not called P&J Apartments) was handling our flat. No mention had been made when I was actually in their office talking to them. Smells of scam. We had travelled for a month and was looking forward to the washing machine advertised. There wasn’t one. There was no soap in the shower or tea or coffee for that matter. There was a bed. A cheap, uncomfortable slat bed. Apart from being really well positioned in the old city, I wouldn’t come here. The room named ‘palace 1’ means old worn minimalist stuff

  Very central to main square. Apartment was very warm which was great coming into from the coldComfy bed. Pictures on Facebook don’t didn’t match actual apartment however it was adequateStaff very friendly and helpfulValue for money

  Scammers.Two days ago I made a reservation and, literally 10 minutes after doing the reservation I realized that the dates where wrong so I contacted the hotel. I requested a change in the dates or a cancellation of the reservation. They did reject both options, and sent me a message for me to pay 300 extra PLN for the change, something I agreed on doing. However, they then ghosted me for more than 24h. After that, they came back and told me that instead of 300 it would be 600 PLN additional to what I already paid (421 PLN).I do not recommend anyone to stay there, they just want to scam you.

  Hard pass on this place. Although the location can’t be beat, and it is rather quiet, the smell of mustiness and raw sewage that greets you when you open the apartment door is overwhelming, requiring windows stay constantly open. This makes for frigid sleeping as temps dipped close to freezing in mid October. Clearly the apartments they featured on their website are not standard, or maybe ours (#24) was just the the worst of their lot. It had broken, outdated, and dirty random furniture; light fixtures with broken/taped up cords, random wires hanging from the ceiling, black mold in the unventilated bathroom, a poorly equipped kitchen, and barely enough towels for three adults to shower. No washcloths or dish towels, no laundry facility, and only one hand towel. Unless you want to experience the 70s Eastern Block at its worst, I would suggest you find another place to stay or make them confirm ahead of time which apartment you will receive when you check in so there are no surprises. Oh, and the WiFi is hit and miss, too.

  3 of us stayed sharing 2 rooms. We stayed at P&J Floranska Appartments the reception is located on the main street, 5 minute walk to the main square, restaurants, shops etc and about a 15 minute walk from Krakow Grzegorzki train station, P&J have different locations but ours was based in the main building.The apartment we stayed in was simple but clean and tidy and if you have limited mobility make sure you find out which one you are actually staying in before you go as was a bit of a shock to find out ours was up 6 flights of stairs with no lifts available.1 bedroom had a double bed and the 2nd room had a double bed plus sofa and Tv. Both rooms had wardrobes. The kitchen/dinning area was open plan on entrance. The bathroom had a decent enough shower the extractor didn’t work though. No shower gel,soap etc. They provided 3x toilet rolls for our use and a hair dryer. Fridge, kettle,oven rings, pots, pans, cups, plates etc. please note this a self catering place so no tea,coffee etc. Breakfast is included if paid for prior to arrival an extra £1.25 per day so a bargain this is delivered daily in a bag which consisted off rolls, salad, meat, cheese, yogurts and apples Some days they forgot the butter and most days the yoghurts were out of date. Coffee and tea is supplied in the breakfast bag but no milk. This place is right in the centre of town so worth it for a few nights. Let me stress it is no good if you cannot walk up various flights of steps. Good enough for the price the beds I found comfy enough and there is aircon. Getting there Train from airport to town centre was £4 /20PLN the train station is at the airport you cannot go wrong. The apartments are 10 min walk from train station.
