    An excellent accommodation to rest, feel the city vibe and travel around

    Fantastic place that is very close to the center of the city and the train station that gets you easy to the airport. The neighborhood is very quiet with small shops and no noisy cafes around . My room had everything you need and most of all a very comfortable bed. The service also was very helpful and understanding.

    We are currently trapped in the hotel. The main door will not open for us to leave. Called the helpline and the lady said That’s impossible and hung up on us. This it’s horrendous can not leave the hotel and the staff just hang up on you

    Definitely not Platinum more Bronze ! Disappointed

    Very disappointed our apartment wasn't very clean and tidy. The check in was a nightmare there are no staff at the location , you wait and get a very confusing email about the procedure to collect your key but there is no contact in person. Our room had half a roll of toilet paper and x2 small towels. We weren't provided with any more towels or anything for 4 days and there were no staff at the residence to ask for anything. The location is good and there's a 24 hour shop close but other than that it's not great.

    We have had such a lovely experience here the cleaning girls are lovely very accommodating the apartment was ideal very clean with everything we we needed lovely restaurant down stairs amazing prices we walked everywhere we only 20 mins walk from old town only problem we had was the weather 🤣
