  Beautiful Hotel

  Beautiful Hotel. Room is great, well equiped, very clean and immaculate. Cleaned every day. The whole building is spotless. Easy to access with code sent night before. Breakfast was at sister hotel Xerion and was lovely. You can leave your case at Xerion on your last day and have a cuppa while waiting for a lift on last day. Look forward to returning.   Work being done here-so what?? Still very good

  The reviews on here made it clear there's currently no staff or restaurant. But the prior communication from the hotel was very good with details regarding check-in and entry. The room was spacious and comfortable and nicely decorated. There is a five minute walk to the sister hotel for breakfast. So what?? We've been on cruise ships where the food is almost the same distance away. The grub was excellent so no complainte there. You always know a decent hotel when there's 'bubbles' on offer! The sister hotel also provided luggage storage on our last day. The hotel is in a great location. It's a pleasant 15-minute walk to the Centre but the local transport is also excellent. Although in a pretty quiet area there are still plenty of eateries and bars a couple of minutes away. The litmus test is always whether you'd go back? All day long.   Shocking hotel

  Like all other recent reviews I’m really unhappy about the hotel due to the fact that the facilities that were advertised when booking did not exist on our arrival i,e bar, restaurant, reception, luggage room.Responses from the hotel owner Jakob M state that the hotel “had provided our partners with all the necessary information regarding the changes to the properties operations, and this information is fully available to them” it is also stated that the hotel is unable to inform people who book with travel providers about the changes and that it is the travel providers responsibility.We booked with Tui who claim that they were not informed about these changes. Tui have also rung the hotel to discuss these renovations and have been told by the hotel that no renovations have taken place.I guess this hotel doesn’t care at all about its clients, I would advise everyone to avoid.   A Comfortable Stay with Friendly Staff

  The stay at Plaza Boutique Hotel was overall very pleasant, and I would definitely recommend it. What surprised me the most was the helpfulness of the staff – the reception team was always friendly, smiling, and genuinely willing to assist with anything.The room was clean, cozy, and well-equipped. The bed was comfortable, so we slept well, and the overall atmosphere was quiet, which I really appreciated. The only minor downside was that the bathroom was a bit smaller, but nothing that would spoil the overall impression.   Excellent hotel, exceptionally clean throughout. Rooms immaculate, pillows a little large and hard but bed comfortable. Everything provided in the bedroom, toiletries. Kettle, tea coffee, water. ironing board iron. TV. 15 mins walk into old town. Would highly recommend.
