    We were a motorcycle group from Denmark of 16 people who had 3 nights at Hotel Pollera in Krakow. Lovely hotel very central, friendly staff, good comfort and nice parking for the motorcycles. All in all a good experience that can be recommended.

    Charming old fashioned family run hotel bursting with character and historical charm dating back to around 1836 in the heart of Krakow and a very short stroll to the main square. Stayed here with a group of eleven. There is no bar but that wasn’t an issue as there are so many in the vicinity. The rooms were spacious with ensuite bathrooms and thanks to the high windows full of light. Coffee and tea making facilities as well as bottles of still and sparkling water replenished every day. Large wall mounted TV as well as ceiling fan. Rooms very clean with comfortable beds and fresh white cotton bedding. The reception desk is manned 24/7 and the staff can arrange tours to Auschwitz and the salt mines which can be paid forbin cash at the hotel. The dining options are restricted to an absolutely superb breakfast with every imaginable food choices served as a buffet and eat as much as possible as you want for the equivalent of £12. The dinning area is nicely set out and spacious. I will happily stay here again and it was very reasonably priced. Top marks and thank you for a most enjoyable and friendly stay.

    This hotel is in the Old Town but just a few minutes walk from the main rail station.It is also even closer to the main square.Very spacious and clean room and if you are looking for a hotel with history and furnished in a style that reflects its history then this is it.Great value for its location with good breakfast.No bar but there must be 20 bars/restaurants within a stones throw of the hotel.Very helpful staff.

    Excellent 200yr old hotel. Left untouched and unspoilt. Decor, rooms and everywhere else has been left as it was Lovely helpful staff, nothing too much trouble. Will definitely be returning.

    Location was really good, only short walking distance to railway station, shopping mall and the main square.Beautiful old building with large staircase.Our room was like an apartment with big bathroom and old style furniture. Really neat. The floor was only negative thing because it’s squeak. It was actually ridiculous, one couldn’t take a single step silently.Noise from the street above didn’ bother us, but we only had one night at weekend.Service was friendly and we got our room right away, even though we arrived couple hours before chek-in time. Brekfast was versatile, alltough it was only little amaunts and few things ran out. Im on FODMAP diet, so I would have liked lettuce or pepper.This is expensive, but quite forth it.
