    Why stay anywhere else ?

    We have just had a second wonderful stay at Hotel Polski Pod Bialym Orlem. the location is superb, it is extremely clean, the staff are fantastic, the food is good, we could not fault it. Above all else it has a wonderful atmosphere that just wraps itself around you. When we visit Krakow again we will be sure to stay there again.

    Historic, Lovely Hotel Within the City Walls

    We very much enjoyed our stay at Hotel Polski. I was looking for a historic hotel within the city walls and this hotel delivered on my wishes. We had a room overlooking the city walls which I loved for the view and it was quiet, except for the occasional sounds of horses passing by (which I also loved!). The staff were helpful and friendly. The beds were comfortable and everything about the stay was good. We did not eat breakfast at the hotel so I can't comment on that, I felt the price was high for breakfast. If you like historic and characteristic Polish accommodations, you will enjoy this hotel.

    This hotel is delightful. It is clean, comfortable, quiet and a little bit quirky too. Staff are very friendly and spoke excellent English. Location wise it is fabulous. A couple of minutes walk from the old town, 5 minutes walk from trams and 8-10 minutes walk from the train and bus stations. I highly recommend this hotel.

    First visit to Krakow (and Poland). The hotel is so lovely, quite traditional and in a great location at the top of the Old Town. The staff were lovely, discreet but very helpful. Our room was so nice, we didn’t want to leave! Breakfast buffet was excellent with so much choice for all tastes. Even Prosecco if you wanted to indulge early…. We loved Krakow and the hotel just made our visit perfect. Definitely 100% recommend

    Stepping into my room, I felt like I was staying over at a family member's house! Warm, cozy, spacious, and comfortable. I loved the room the second I walked inside. It was immaculate and spotless! The interior of the hotel is lovely and welcoming. Elegant and graceful. It felt like a sanctuary for the traveler. The staff here are friendly, helpful, and very courteous to their guests.I traveled solo and have been to Krakow many times. This hotel is super easy to walk to coming from the train station. You are also in the heart of Krakow; a few blocks away from St. Mary's Basilica and paces from the Barbican.
