    First time in Krakow and wanted somewhere lush and a bit out of of the centre . This place was perfect ! FromBooking to checking it out was smooth . Had all intentions of using the spa but after all the sightseeing, drinking and eating we only managed to look at it . The room was cleaned daily and had everything you needed including toiletries and a little cosmetic box and complimentary water daily . Loved the coffee available 24/7 . Had breakfast one morning . Was quite expensive but only your average breakfast . We had the same drinks twice and got charged different prices . First time we sat outside in the beautiful outdoor area and once in the bar . The cafe was rammed daily which was like a classroom but we never used it so not really an issue . I would 100% stay again . The Jewish quarter in our experience was better than the main square so this hotel is perfect . Tv had voice overs so couldn’t really watch anything. The tablet idea is great for cleaning and lighting etc . Our lights did have a mind of their own . Our window didn’t open as was stuffy at times even with air-con . All very minor issues . The cleanliness and comfort was excellent.

    I had a wonderful stay at PURO Kraków Kazimierz. The hotel is stylish, modern, and exceptionally clean. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The location is perfect for exploring Kazimierz, with many great restaurants, cafés, and attractions within walking distance. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, and the breakfast was outstanding with a great variety of fresh and delicious options.
