    Q Hotel is new, modern, and very welcoming. The breakfast is good with a nice variety, and the location is right in the city center.     The room was spotless! The bed was very comfy, Service was great! Staff is very kind. Cleans your room when you go explore Krakow (sometimes). There are restaurants near the hotel, just about a 2-5 minute walk.     Lovely stay at Q hotel..

    Just returned from a four night stay at Q hotel...we found our stay very pleasant and enjoyable.. Welcoming staff, nothing was any trouble.The breakfast was continental but an abundance of everything...We found the hotel to be very clean...our room was spotless and cleaned daily. The bar area granted is small,but it was well stocked and it was lovely at the end of a long day to sit with a glass of wine and relax. There is a daily food menu which we found especially handy on our first day...Food is served well into the evening...We used Uber during our stay,it was very reasonable and quick...we were about 14 mins or so by Uber from the main square but for us this was not a problem ..daily cost was and £2.50...We could definitely return to this hotel as we had a lovely stay.     Stayed here for NYE. We didn’t really enjoy our stay here. It’s so basic. Didn’t find the staff friendly. The restaurant/bar is just like a waiting area. Location isn’t really good for anything. We got this booking wrong ! There’s another Q Hotel and that looks loads nicer and more convenient location!
