Location

This appealing hotel is located directly in the tourist centre of Krakow. The hotel is situated close to countless shopping venues and just 200 metres from bars, nightclubs and restaurants. The large market place in the centre and Wawel Castle are within a few minutes’ walk of the hotel. Links to the public transport network lie just 10 metres away.

Facility

Guests receive a warm welcome at the hotel. 10 suites, 14 apartments and 196 double rooms are available. English- and German-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Services such as a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine ensure a comfortable stay.     Far from a 5-Star Experience.

    Our experience was not what we would expect from a 5-star hotel.The biggest disappointment was the noise. We were given a room next to the area used by the housekeeping staff, and from 6:00 a.m. every morning we were constantly disturbed by doors being slammed. It felt as though guests’ rest and comfort were not a priority.In addition, the air conditioning was faulty. Even when switched off, it would continue running or making noise, making it difficult to sleep.The room also did not match the suite category we had booked. We specifically requested a double bed but were given two single beds pushed together, each with its own single duvet.While the location is excellent, the room quality and lack of consideration for guests’ rest fall far below what we would expect from a 5-star hotel. In our opinion, the overall experience was much closer to a 3-star hotel than a 5-star one.     Can’t fault anything. Staff very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping staff left little gifts if you hung a little bag on your door to say you didn’t need your room cleaned which was so cute and a great incentive - who needs their room cleaned every day?     A good hotel - nothing special but perfect for a long weekend city break.

    We had booked two rooms here and were happy with our choice for our long weekend stay in Krakow.The hotel is in a great location.Bedrooms were huge but felt quite basic and we were unable to change the air conditioning in either room so felt quite warm in April. If we had been staying longer we would have spoken to reception to rectify but I did hear other people complaining of the same issue.The en-suite bathroom was large with a separate walk-in shower and plenty of towels were provided.The breakfast buffet was good - nothing special but lots of choice and the bakery items were very good.Overall, we were happy with our stay.     Comfortable, Quiet and Perfectly Located

    Great location with a very welcoming and professional team. I was kindly upgraded to Room 621, which had a lovely view overlooking the Castle (arrived late in the evening).The room was comfortable and I especially appreciated being able to open the window for fresh air — something not all hotels offer these days.Breakfast was buffet-style with an excellent choice of high-quality options.     Wonderful hotel in the centre of Krakow.

    Brilliant location, right on the edge of the Old Town so a short walk to the main square, the river and the castle. The park round the old town makes a great route to go running. Room was very comfortable and clean. As a VIP member I received an upgrade which was nice and the Reception staff recognised my status. Breakfast was great - wide choice of food available. If you time it wrong it can be busy but I was always able to find a table. Dinner is available in the bar and was very tasty.
