Location

Dating back to the 15th century but renovated in a unique, contemporary design, this boutique and historic hotel is set in Krakow's city centre, 850 m from the Main Market Square and Wawel Royal Castle.

Facility

The hotel has 3 suites, 3 apartments, 3 single rooms and 19 double rooms, which are located on 5 storeys and are reachable by lift. Guests are warmly welcomed by English- and German-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities available at the hotel include a cloakroom, a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional facilities include a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the car park. Rooms

    Perfect accommodation in the Jewish quarter

    I had a wonderful stay at the Helena Rubinstein Hotel in Krakow. The hotel is stylish and full of charm. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. My room was comfortable, and very quiet, perfect for relaxing after exploring the city. The location is excellent, close to the Old Town and many great restaurants. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Krakow who want to stay in the Jewish quarter.     Great traditional hotel in Krakow

    I would highly recommend this hotel for a number of reasons. Location, breakfast, staff and large rooms.For our room it was a shower over the bath but very difficult to get in and out.Reception was unmanned at times and we didn't see anyone when we left.     Visited for lunch whilst visiting the Jewish quarter in Krakow. The sky bar was well sheltered despite the winds and the food was delicious!
