This city hotel is located in the centre of Kraków, in the old Jewish district of Kaziemierz, near to the Royal Castle of Wawel. It is situated on one of Kazimierz's smaller streets and its white and brown glass façade is easily recognisable. It is located 500 metres from the city centre and 1 km from the main railway/bus station away. Public transport stops, shops and various services are situated 50-200 m from the hotel and restaurants and bars are in the hotel’s immediate vicinity. A walk to Wawel Hill or Nowy Square, in the centre of Kazimierz, takes less than 5 minutes. The airport is located about 11 km away.

    I spent 4 nights at this hotel in November 2025. It’s very basic, but a lovely hotel with incredibly helpful and friendly reception staff! Despite us staying room only, it was a lovely touch that we could have free tea and coffee.The hotel is about a 20 minute walk from the main square, but there are plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants nearby to choose from.The only letdown to this hotel is the housekeeping. We didn’t want to make much of a fuss, however as soon as we walked in, we saw dirt marks on the bedside table. Also, despite putting all of our rubbish into bags, this was never taken out of out room by housekeeping staff. The attentiveness of them didn’t seem up to par.That being said, it’s a brilliant little hotel for a short break and I would absolutely recommend!

    This is a simple and clean hotel situated in the Jewish Quarter. While the hotel is a little dated, it's in an excellent location for lots of great restaurants and bars in the area and is away from the main tourist routes. The area is quieter than the old town and has plenty of authentic charm. It's also just a 20 min walk from the old town. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. And like everyone I met here, speak good English. The bedroom was comfortable and the shower worked well. Breakfast was simple, nothing fancy, but perfectly acceptable. If you're looking for a simple, clean, budget hotel, then this place is spot on.

    My daughter booked this hotel as a 3-night stay in Krakow.Firstly, the staff are lovely. The hotel is a 20-minute walk from the main square in Krakow. Buses and Trams are a 5-minute walk away. There are plenty of restaurants and bars, only a 10-minute walk if you don't want to go into the main square.The hotel was clean and comfortable with complimentary drinks for breakfast. If you want Breakfast included it's around £6 per person and is very good value for an all-you-can-eat buffet, including sausages, Bacon, Eggs, along with the continental foods.

    Hotel is in a good location,close to river and trams to main square. There are lots of bars and restaurants nearby. The staff are helpful and rooms are clean. Maid comes in everyday.The hotel appears to be an overnight stop for parties of schoolkids who at times can be noisy, even occasionally at night. Overall it was fine just as a base. Only negative no tea or coffee making facilities in room. These were provided in lobby but sometimes machine wasn't working. If you just need a clean well located hotel then this is ideal.
