Location

The hotel is situated at one of the best locations in the Old Town on the Royal Route between the famous Market Square and the Royal Castle. The place overlooks the monumental St. Peter and Paul as well as the medieval St. Andrew churches and Jagiellonian University buildings. It is only two minutes walking distance to get to both the Market Square and Wawel Castle. All tourist attractions and facilities are in the area. There is a bus and train station about 1.5 km from the hotel and John Paul II International Airport Kraków-Balice is approximately 17 km away.

Facility

The hotel was built in 1874. The hotel has 2 suites, 4 single rooms and 14 double rooms, which are located on 5 storeys and are reachable by lift. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a cloakroom, a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing.     Great little hotel and located perfectly in the middle of everything.Hotel staff were really helpful and we loved being attached to the next door Prosecco and Oyster Bar.Don’t be put off by it being in the pedestrianised area, it wasn’t noisy at all.

    Hotel Senacki Exceeded Our Expectations

    We absolutely loved this hotel. It exceeded our expectations. A beautiful, quaint hotel that's perfectly located. Our room (102) was fantastic with a balcony to the main street to boot. When the balcony doors are closed, the outside noise is not heard. Air conditioning worked great. Walk-in shower was wonderful with shampoo, conditioner and gel provided. No grab bars, so be careful when stepping down from the shower. Soap and a blow dryer is in each room. Short on drawer space for clothes but the hotel is so fabulous, it was not an issue for us at all. The breakfast buffet was great. All of the hotel staff was amazing. Special thanks to Alex, who works the night shift. She was extremely helpful, polite and professional on multiple occasions Before we left for Poland, we got Zloty from our bank. Upon arrival, we took a Krowkow cab (after asking for the cost to the hotel) and paid in Zloty plus a tip. You can also call this hotel in advance and they will arrange roundtrip airport transportation for you for a reasonable fee. Unless it is like 3 in the morning, anyone driving a car cannot drive on the street this hotel is on and that is a good thing. So our cab driver dropped us off within a minute walking distance to the hotel. Super easy. The Senacki Hotel is next door to the Oyster Bar Restaurant. Location, location, location. Lots and lots of fabulous restaurants, bakeries and wonderful ice cream locations close by. Highly recommend the Hungarian restaurant (2 blocks to your left on the same side of the hotel). The main square and Wowel Castle are both within quick walking distance. If you are lucky enough to get a room at this hotel, you will love it. When we return to Krakow, we will stay at the Senacki Hotel again.

    Excellent hotel for the Easter break

    Just returned after a 4 night stay. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left the staff and experience were amazing. The room was perfect and had an amazing view of the street and church. The breakfast had an excellent choice. We had an early start to Auschwitz so they provided an amazing breakfast bag and umbrella.The hotel is steps away from the castle and square. Lots of shops and places to eat.     Gorgeous little stay

    Just back from a gorgeous stay in krakow Monday to Friday. The hotel was suited int eh old town ideal to get straight in the square 5-10 minute walk. The rooms were old worldly but has everything you need for your trip. Breakfast was lovely maybe a bow of porridge would have been amazing but not a massive problem definitely would stay again.
