  Great hotel for a city break.

  Great hotel for a city break. Ideally located to visit all the sights. Amazing shopping mall just across from the hotel - 2 minutes walk..... big bonus for us !Comfortable room, could have been a bit cleaner for a 4 star hotel but the reception staff really made up for this with their helpfulness. We were a couple staying and were given 1 set of towels and when requesting another set of pillows to housekeeping, these weren't delivered? The only negatives apart from this is too know that the trams run right out the front of the hotel which is great for transport links, not so great for sleeping. The main train line also runs adjacent to the side of the building so something to be aware of before booking. Breakfast & dinner smells daily in the bathroom as if it was coming up through the main drains.Having said that, lots of places to eat locally and great value for money. We will definitely be back !

  Lovely hotel and position but not good if a light sleeper

  Lovely hotel - very clean and modern - lovely staff and very well placed for the Krakow Old Town and Train Station.Very tidy room and very comfortable beds.1 issue - trains running past the hotel for all but 2 hrs in the night - so if you are a light sleeper this won't be a good option for you!

  I would recommend this hotel,the staff are very helpful and polite,rooms very clean, breakfast good.It is also very close to the railway/bus station and the main square.

  Fantastic location, service and facilities - recommended!

  The excellent service started before we arrive. Quick, detailed and polite answers to messages before we arrived.When we were in Krakow it was -11. The room was lovely and cosy but easy to control so we could easily make the room cooler for sleep. The bathroom was well laid out and had a heated floor. The room was small but very clean and functional and easy to lay out all our things.The hotel is close to old town and across from a huge mall. The mall has great shops, food and services - which we used as it was -11 and we needed extra indoor time.The hotel is close to trains, trams and cars - there is a small amount of noise but we did not really notice.The hotel arranged room massages - which were great. There was a small issue that they dealt with immediately and so well.There is a bar which is functional and food after 2pm which were did not try.Fantastic staff and the option for daily cleaning - you just press a button on your door.Our only suggestion would be adding other apps to the smart TV such as Netflix and Prime.Highly recommend, great value and hope to stay here again.

  Stayed at this hotel with my husband for 4 nights early January. Great location opposite an amazing shopping centre ( where you also access the train station). Our room was spotless. So clean and modern. Beautifully clean bathroom too. The cleaning staff really do work hard there. We didnt eat there so cant comment on the food. But I would definitely recommend this hotel. 10 minute pleasant walk to the main square where you pass lots of restaurants/bars along the way.
