The hotel is located right next to the Kraków Główny Train station, just a 10-minute walk from the Main Market Square, within 2 km from the Wawel Royal Castle and the same distance from the famous Kazimierz District. John Paul II Balice International Airport is approximately 15 km and Katowice Pyrzowice Airport some 80 km away from the establishment.

Facility

The apartment hotel has 4 single rooms and 8 double rooms, which are located on 2 storeys and are reachable by lift. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. A cloakroom, a baggage storage service and a safe are available. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Additional facilities include a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park for a fee.     We didn't even spend a night in fact not an hour in there.Seriously can't tell you what's wrong when so much wasn't..........the pictures are a LIE.......IT WORSE THAN THATPLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

    Lack of amenities in the room, no air con, no tv, no fridge and no microwave. Was a kettle and glasses but no cutlery. No lift so if you enjoying walking 4 flights of stairs every day then this is for you. The breakfast option is all pretty packed. Not very nice to be fair and a he'll of a lot of un necessary plastic waste.Beds were surprisingly comfortable.A very basic hotel. We had issues for most of our time there with a groom of unruly teenagers running around the complex screaming at all hours.

    No mugs kettle glasses in shower-room TV. Very basic room. Very small cupboard. Area for sitting outside only available for customers of the pub which is not part of the hotel.     This apart-hotel was cheap and cheerful.We stayed during a heatwave and there was no aircon, which made it a bit uncomfortable. There was also no TV — not an issue for us as we don’t use it — but they advertise tea and coffee in the room, and that wasn’t true. The place is dated and could do with a refresh.It’s in the city centre, so it’s naturally a loud environment outside. Reception staff were polite enough but not very helpful — just a young girl who spent most of the time playing on her phone.I personally wouldn’t stay here again, but for a city-centre, cheap-and-cheerful stay, I couldn’t really fault it for the price.     Stayed four nights in a twin and single room. Basic hotel, very clean, good shower, bed comfy enough. I would say at reception your preferred breakfast option, we opted for the sweet breakfast which we enjoyed, hotel offers free tea and coffee.. Good location. We were happy with the accommodation it provided everything we needed for a short break.
