    We stayed 4 nights. There are a lot of positives - central location, value for money, good sized rooms, lovely hot piwer shower, super,comfy bed, tea & coffee making facilities & fridge. Staff were lovely. There were also a few negatives - it is more like serviced rooms than a hotel so our check-in was a bit chaotic & we ended up waiting over half an hour for someone to come to let us in despite advising of flight details & whatsapping. Anyway, when the staff member did arrive she was lovely & apologetic. As others have said, it can be noisy - especially on Friday & Saturday night. Sunday night was quiet. The breakfast cafe is lovely but as it only opens at 9, is restrictive if you have trains or flights to catch in the morning. They do offer cold versions as take-away but the dishes are mainly meant to be served warm.

    This hotel location is unbeatable. Truly so handy. Staff are really friendly and bedroom was clean, comfortable and had air-conditioning. Restaurant is next door to the hotel, not connected but breakfast is served from 9am-1pm giving you a little sleep in if you want which most hotels don't. Restaurant food is fabulous. Great Value for Money! Note their is no elevations- 4 flights of stairs to the hotel reception so keep this in mind. Not suitable for families with buggies. Would 100% recommend

    We stopped here for three nights. Really well positioned for accessing the square and bars restaurants etc. reception not staffed 24/7 but numbers to contact if needed. Rooms a reasonable size with a super king bed. Nice shower and toilet etc. plenty of tea coffee etc. fridge also in room. Air conditioning and heating. Toiletries supplied and towels etc. hairdryer. USB points free WiFi. Entry is via stairs after coming in from the street. Would definitely recommend.

    Lovely hotel. Friendly staff, great location only a few minutes walk to the old town. The hotel is the best city hotel we have ever stayed at. Our room was ready early so the staff text us to say we can check in early which was a great little touch

    Fantastic find the hotel is 2 mins walk from the main square in the old town , it’s quiet and quirky rooms are good sizes and have all you need including kettle , iron and hair dryer . The rooms are cleaned daily .. no lift so not great for poor mobility . Could do with lighting in the main entrance to the hotel and stair case entrance was dark at times . The staff are unbelievably friendly and can’t do enough for you , Thankyou to each and everyone of you .. thanks so much for the kind gift of wine and chocolates and the card you suprised my husband with in the room on his birthday such a lovely gesture . Will definitely come back . We only ate breakfast once which is Served in the nearby cafe / restaurant , which was ok but a bit later like 9 am it opens but if you need earlier one for a trip like we did speak to the hotel staff who will organise a pack up to be collected from the restaurant we did this when we had a 6 am start for our trip to Auschwitz
