  Great location, noise from stair well very loud and no lift

  We stayed at the apartments on 17th March, very easy to fine but check in is at 3pm and no earlier. You receive a text 2.45 with the details and your key code. We stayed in the studio superior- cosy room, which was room 7 on the 3rd floor. There is no lift so you had to walk the 3 flights of stairs. In the night there are no lights in the stair well .The room was beautiful and we have 0 complaints, very modern and spotlessly clean. The shower was so powerful!The room had everything you would need to cook your own food and there was an iron and board.The bed is wooden slats so not the most sturdy and you only have one small pillow each in the bed.Free WiFi was hit or miss.The tv has YouTube which was a bonus and the main tv channels were all polish.The stair well and apartments share the same space as a ballet studio so you could hear all the noise from people passing in and out. The cleaners and maintenance were very noisy in the stair well, also the courtyard was loud during the night and early morning.The room had a big door but you can hear everything through it.Overall I would stay in the apartments again, the location is perfect right on the main square.

  Loved everything about this apartment, on the main square. Clean and affordable. Easy to access at night. We stayed in a two bedroom apartment. Would we stay here again. Most certainly. A hidden gem. Right in the centre of everything and easy walking distance

  What can we say about this place. Excellent location right behind the main square and big rooms. The apartment overlooks a courtyard that is owned by someone else. The management warned us 25minutes prior to arrival that they would be an event in the courtyard that we could attend if we wished. We had 2 children with us. What they failed to tell us is that this event started at midnight and finished at 6am!! We have since learnt from people in the courtyard that these are regular events, sometimes weekly! I am not exaggerating when I say that this event was a Rave! Strobe lighting that lit up the bedroom and loud, thumping music! The sign inside the apartment says quiet times are between 22:00 and 06:00. Anyone not complying will be charged 600PLN. The 3rd night there, a drunk man was banging on our door in the middle of the night trying to get in. When we returned and complained to the apartment management company, we were told that they had informed us about the event and that we had the choice to move to another apartment and that it was our fault for staying. They even sent the messages they sent us back to us as proof of this. Not once did they inform us if we were unhappy we could move apartment and as we had booked it on non cancellation we did not know that was an option. They also never told us that it was an all night event. All of which is vital information. Despite the fact we had proof they hadn't told us this and the fact that they say they will fine occupants if they do not be quiet, they refused to give us any compensation towards the lack of sleep and the disruption to our children. Avoid this place at all costs if you are staying in krakow on a Friday or Saturday evening and would like to get any sleep!!! We are now taking this up with our credit card company as the apartment management needs to let people know more clearly what they may be in for so they can make an informed choice.

  Perfect for Stag & Hen / Families avoid

  The ONLY negative I can write is that if you want to sleep don't stay here. The pub that shares the courtyard with the property holds an outdoor nightclub. It's so load in the bedrooms you actually feel like you're sleeping on the speakers. I've uploaded a picture of the nightclub outside our window for perspective. Expect drunk and drugged up clubbers to run up the stairs and bang on your door and shout and scream outside your door all night long until normal club closing time of until the last person standing or 6am. BUT if you're a stag or hen party then this is THE PERFECT place to stay with everything on your doorstep.Accommodation cleaness, amenities and space I cannot fault at all, it would get 5* rating.The owners have been incredibly helpful and understanding, and would get a 5* rating.Location wise, its on the main square, so would get a 5* rating.....BUT I'd like some or at the very least 2 hours sleep a night, however sadly this isn't the Accommodation for night time sleeping, its perfect for daytime sleeping to go clubbing all night. Hence the 1* overall rating, I and the kids like sleep

  Brilliant position on the city centre Square Happy with the apartment read some bad reviews but we really enjoyed the stay Furnishings represent the age of the building everything was clean plenty of pillows and sheets lots of clean fresh towels in bathroom water is hot all the time Only negative we had was the stairs to the bedroom which were very steep and top step was deeper than the rest We are both in mid sixties and found the stairs difficult Can be noisy at night but we had earplugs provided in bedroom Apartment number 1 so we had no stairs to climb other than bedroom stairsYour holiday is what you make it and we certainly enjoyed our holiday and stay in Spiski Palace apartments Thank you for a wonderful stay
