    Good location and hotel but not perfect

    Nice modern hotel. If recently refurbished they didn't put in USB power sockets, which is a shame. Power is cut to the room when you leave it so no chance of charging up you electronic devices while you are out. Took while to get processed by reception on check-in. Room cleaning consists only of replacing towel, soaps etc , making the beds and replacing free water. No cleaning of the bathroom clean or fresh sheets. Good facilities around the hotel - super market, chemist, tram.

    Bad Experience - Currency Scam Overchanrging Clients

    Bad Experience. They are running a currency conversion scamThey are running a currency (Dynamic Currency Conversion or DCC) scam over-charging me by 11.6%. Please google DCC on credit cards and you will see.On Aug 13 2023 while checking in I accidently pressed pay in GB and asked them to cancal the transaction and I would like to pay in PLN but they said only the manager (Ms Krystyna) can do that who will be in on Monday. The next day, they said, yes it will be done next day as the accountant has to be consulted. Next day it was a public holiday (16 Aug) so manager was not in. They said they can do it next day but need my ohysical card - knowing full well that was not possible because we were checking out on Aug 16. The front desk people were OK but they were not empowered to do anything or so we were told. Left a sour taste in the month. Not staying there again.

    The fact we had to leave the hotel after staying for just one night, out of 4, says it all. The reservation was work related, recommended by the organizers of a business conference we were part of, however after arrival the special conference price was not honored - instead it was offered the regular online price of 360 PLN. It took almost one hour to handle the reservation. Personnel at reception desk spoke basic English and after a second sentence of our request, representatives at the reception became helpless. It seemed none helped them either. The manager of the aparthotel did not care enough to handle guest issues in person this evening, nor on the next morning, as while we tried to refer to the written offer we received from this hotel about the price and the room set, the only recommendation from manager to his/her personnel over the phone was to say "Sorry, nothing we can do about it". We were charged the higher /regular booking price, instead of the written offered by the hotel itself/, we were not honored a room with one big bed, instead given a room with two separate beds, and were offered a room right above a noisy restaurant where at 10:30 pm a party of 12 people was still going on. Horrible experience, absolutely unacceptable customer service.

    Really great place to stay. The room was fully equipped (very comfy bed, big wordrobes, nice bathroom, small kitchen with an oven, kettle and microwave).The stuff was friendly and helpful.The breakfast were delicious. Easy access to the city centre (two direct trams) and airport (tram+bus).I can fully recommend it.

    Wow what can I say about this hotel, the rooms are amazing loved the view from mine, very clean and spacious. There is a little shop just on the ground floor! But the really stand out part of this hotel are the staff every day when I would come and go they would all say hello and have big smiles , even one day had a tour booked ( nothing to do with the hotel) but there was an issue with the tour company and they staff helped me and ended up getting the tour company to get it sorted .
