  Great apartment, poor sleep

  Great location, amenities and lovely staff. We were in room 15 which was small but clean and had everything we needed. Only big issue was the very loud noise every night until at least 3.30am on occasion from a nearby nightclub. Even with earplugs (provided) it was impossible to sleep. We were absolutely exhausted leaving for the airport at 5.30am yesterday. We did request another room room change first night but hotel was full. While the unique character and location of the building are among its greatest advantages, historic properties unfortunately have limitations when it comes to sound insulation and cannot offer the same level of noise reduction as modern hotel buildings. Additionally, due to our central location, noise from the surrounding area may occasionally be heard, especially during the busy tourist season.We also apologize that we were unable to accommodate your room change request. Unfortunately, the property was fully booked during your stay, leaving us with no alternative rooms to offer.Thank you for your valuable comments.   Quick Family getaway in Krakow

  What a fantastic Aparthotel right in the middle of the main square in Krakow.we stayed 4 nights here which is central to everything you will want to explore in the area.the rooms all with fully equipped kitchen were a great help and bathrooms were of a great size with powerful showers.Set behind the main square close to all the restaurants and bars it was very quiet and cleanif you want a great place to stay when visiting Krakow this is the place to go 5 Stars..   Fantastic Location for a lovely Hotel

  We would really recommend this lovely ApartHotel. The location on the edge of the Old Square is ideal for the square itself, and for exploring the wider vicinity.It was spotlessly clean and the facilities were as advertised. We had a small quible with our room, as my partner found the bed a little too soft. However, this was no problem at all for the lovely team of staff.At first it was suggested that they would switch the mattress, but in the end they switched our room.We had a really nice break in Krakow, and the Venetian House certainly helped us enjoy our time in this lovely city.   Perfect City Stay

  We narrowed down our hotel to this one after looking at loads of reviews and wanting to be central. We were absolutely delighted with the choice because the hotel was on the main square and within walking distance to so many bars, restaurants and cafes. There is a taxi rank behind the hotel where you will get dropped off and picked up by Uber. Every staff member we came into contact with was so welcoming and pleasant. The room was a one bedroom apartment and fit 3 of us perfectly with good room. There was plenty of room for storage and in the kitchen for any snacks and food.I would not say this a negative but the only two things were the room was quite warm (in November) and the bed was quite firm but don't let this put you off as I would still recommend and stay again myself.   Great Aparthotel in the heart of the old town square

  Great location, exceptionally clean and modern room with a lovely view over the old town square. Basic cooking facilities should you need them, a fridge with provided bottles of water. Various tea and coffee with milk sachets also provided. Good bathroom with shower and provided shower gel. Clean towels provided 3 times during our 5 night stay. Very comfy bed, in room safe and good hanging space etc for clothes. A bit of noise can be heard but not enough to disturb sleep. Loads of restaurants and bars around, would stay here again.
