Location

This charming hotel is located in the heart of Kraków's Old Town, just 700 m from the Main Market Square, only 1 km from Kraków Glówny Railway Station and a 20-minute walk from Wawel Royal Castle. Katowice International Airport is about 13 km away and John Paul II International Airport Kraków-Balice is around 100 km away.

Facility

The holiday apartments were built in 1891. 4 junior suites, 3 suites and 6 double rooms are located on 3 storeys and can be reached by lift. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. A baggage storage service and a safe are available. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Other services include a car hire service, a transfer service, room service, a laundry service, a hairdresser and a hotel shuttle bus. Cyclists can make use of the bicycle storage area and hire service. A fax machine is available for guests' business needs.

Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and individually adjustable heating. Some rooms have a balcony, which gives guests additional space for rest and relaxation.     While visiting Singapore, we stayed here for 2 nights. We did like that the hotel was within easy walking distance to many attractions and was close to several MRT stops. Breakfast was included each day in the ground floor restaurant (6:30 - 10am). There were a good number of hot and cold food items including an egg station (beginning at 7am) and a soup station. In our room, there was a small step up into our bathroom (room 1009) which could easily be a trip hazard. They had placed an orange tape along the length of the doorway to help highlight the doorway. The shower curtain was also too short by about 3 to 4 inches, allowing water to splash over many areas of the bathroom.

    Location was good. One of the older hotels in Singapore, so rooms were larger. Did not like the shower being in the bath, but the shower pressure was good. Easy to get around as it is right in the heart of the city. Many MRT stations around (Bras Basah, City Hall, Bencoolen, Bugis etc) all within walking distance.Staff were very friendly and offered suggestions on what to do and where to go. Great job!

    Great location as a base for the Singapore F1. Staff were very approachable and accommodating. Having read some of the other reviews on here before arriving, I sent a message to the hotel and asked if possible, could we have a modern room away from the elevators, this request was granted.We only had breakfast one morning (due to the late nights at the F1 and subsequent late mornings!) but there are plenty of places to eat nearby. A convenient 7Eleven store right next door was useful for a drink and snack on way back from the track. We used the laundry facilities, very easy to use and useful. Didn't use the pool.

    Want to thank the staff at the hotel for being so welcoming and getting our room ready three hours early after a long flight from the UK. Velu was so helpful throughout the stay and the breakfast we were given on day of departure was lovely.Great location for the F1 circuit and Raffles x

    OK hotel located relatively close to Clarke Quay. The rooms are ok and there is a ok pool. The restaurant offers buffet with chinese food and western a la carte food. The food is not good, but there are plenty of restaurants in the area.
