Location

The hotel is located in the centre of Cracow, opposite the opera and adjacent to the shopping and financial centres. The hotel is located just 900 m away from the Central Railway Station, as well as 1 km away from the Old Town. Thanks to its location, it is easily accessible both by public transport and by car.

    Very good experience near to restaurants and 2 stops with tram to center. The room was clean and welcome water. It has also parking and security even for the rest hours(no noise at all)!!! Breakfast was fantastic even for pro athletes, vegan, etc and the service girls was willing, excellent and kind. Also the reception too with a machine wit free water. Maybe a small freezer was necessary, an one use slippers.     Arrived to a warm welcome from the lady on reception who explained the hotel layout and expectations. Although we had arrived 1hr early our rooms were ready and was checked in and directed to our rooms. The hotel is located a 15-20 minute casual walk into the main square of Old Town. The hotel was very clean,warm an comfortable. The rooms were a little smaller than what we’re used to but it wasn’t a problem for a 4 night stay, out every day on excursions and a great nights sleep when back in the hotel.We were in rooms 311 - 317, warm and quiet, immaculately clean. There’s tea and coffee supplied with complimentary water. No wardrobe but plenty of hanging rails. There’s a small tuck shop at reception and prices much the same as UK.     Great hotel. Very clean and modern. Breakfast was good. Staff friendly. Trams are very close to hotel to old town. All you can need for a short break away.     Nice, clean hotel with friendly staff from reception to the cleaners. Breakfast was brilliant every day, everything from porridge and pancakes to bacon and eggs, hams, bread, cheeses, coffee, teas and juices. We were here 2 weeks, room cleaned every 2 days with fresh towels. Cannot fault this hotel.     15 minute walk from central train station; 25 minute walk to Old Town. Excellent buffet breakfast. Room clean and comfortable, but not very spacious.
