    Small very modern hotel. Not in the old town but south of it, which is still a very nice location with lots of bars and cafés nearby - feels less touristy. Breakfast ist à la carte only and quite nice.The standard room is very small so might be problematic for two. And it can be noisy at night from the traffic (rooms facing the street).

    I reserved their penthouse. The hotel knew our arrival time. Yet, upon entering the suite, we found that it was blazing hot. The A/C was grossly insufficient or broken. We hung tissues in front of the a/c vent to confirm that there was nearly no airflow. (I have videos) The "bedroom" (really just an open space) is located on the upper floor of the suite, right under the roof of the building. It was crazy hot up there. On the hotel manager's insistence and to no avail, I waited 2 hours for the room temp to drop. The temp on the thermostat never budged. The hotel wouldn't refund my $1500+ and they had no other available room. After flying in from the US, Ubering to the hotel, and waiting hours for their a/c to cool the suite, I had to scramble to find a room in another hotel. I then had to work with customer service at Chase to get a refund, which was finally provided months after my reservation date. The hotel fought to keep my money, but ultimately, they failed. Also, be aware that the bathroom, also located on the upper floor of the suite, has a massive slightly obscured window that provides an excellent view of anybody sitting on the toilet or standing at the sink.     Excellent Hotel in a great location - stylish with great Staff - Boutique by design -a real gem. Limited facilities but enough to be very comfortable.

    Amazing boutique hotel - in a great location in the Jewish location, the hotel has fantastic decor - staff are so attentive and happy to help / guide and suggest / breakfast is amazing and made fresh and was so tasty., can’t wait to return one day and enjoy their hospitality.

    Superb location in the old city’s Jewish Quarter. Best breakfast ever- made to order and both artful and delicious. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are small but comfortable. The bathroom was our only critique- glass wall separating bathroom from bedroom so no real privacy and extremely uncomfortable toilet.
