  Do not recommend this place at all! Pros:1.Good locationCons:1.Shower was broken and dirty2.Broken lights and broken bulbs around apartment3.Only 2 towels left for the 3 of us for 3 nights4.Not at all like the photos5.Balcony couldn’t be called a balcony6.Stains on the living room rug 7. Hairdryer was not working8.No Wifi in our apartment 9. SECURITY TERRIBLE: Woman walked into our apartment when I was alone with her suitcases obviously given a key to our apartment in a mix up at check inDelighted to check out!

  DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE!! When we arrived we were asked for room number - which we did not have. The receptionist didn’t speak English, and soon threw us out of the building. We then went to a hotel close by where an email said to pick up keys - this place told us it was bankrupt a few months ago. Avoid at all costs, DOES NOT EXIST

  We arrived here at 11.30pm at night, check in closed at midnight. A rude porter shouted that we were at the wrong place so we left to find “the right place”. We went back as we were sure this was the place and he screamed that we were wrong and locked the door. We went to the hotel around the corner to ask for help and he told us the place we had been going was the right address so we tried a third time and he screamed again, did not help or advise where to go and at 12.15am we were left with nowhere to sleep.Luckily we were able to find another reasonably priced hotel to sleep but as we paid for 3 nights at the above we are completely horrified at the service.Came on tripadvisor and saw the previous reviews ... AVOID!!!

  Amstra apartments in Krakow,Poland: beware, this is a scam!! The day before check in they sent (automated) welcome email about check in.when we came to check in, the building manager said that the company doesn't exist anymore, for a few months now. We had to look for another accomodation in a hotel and go and report to the police. Two days after planned and paid for staying I've got another email with "thank you for staying...". And they write their own review still in booking.com even if they DO NOT EXIST.

  This company has stolen my money!

  I had prepaid 30 days in an Apartment in Krakow and now two weeks out have been told my accomodation has been cancelled. All attempts to phone or email the company have been thwarted. I have tried the parent company AMSTRA GROUP in Warsaw whose phones are ringing out! I am having awful trouble trying to find alternative accomodation in peak period with the same standard as this. I had stayed three months with them in 2017. Sooooo very disappointing for such a big supplier of good accomodation.
