The Horror Hostel of Krakow

This hostel is one of the worst hostels that I've ever stayed at. I was threatened by one of the patrons with a knife. I tried to talk to the manager but she was unwilling to listen. This isn't a hostel, it's a halfway home for indigents. I'd highly suggest avoiding this place. It's unsafe and the management is extremely poor.

Stay away from this place. The people woo run the place, have absolutely no sense of what good behavior is , and shouldn’t run a place like this. They also have a false review rate on Booking.c, they actually make their own reviews to keep the rate higher than 5, all ratings higher than 7 is not real, it’s very sad, but true, and of course they will deny.

Great Hostel walking distance from the city center. Garden is fabulous to barbecue but only available when the weather is nice.Free Tea, Coffee available 24/7. Just be at home and enjoy the hospitality.Parties possible in the garden when behaving normal.

Very bad hostel! Avoid it!First of all, the team is not very friendly.The hostel is very very dirty! It's not healthy.There is noise all night long! I couldn't sleep and I didn't feel safe!Lots of drunk people.The woman doesn't speak any English. The hostel does not respect its own rules (no alcohol, no noise after 10 pm ...)The worst experiences I have had in a hostel.Just a word: avoid!
