  Comfortable clean stay with family

  Great apartment we stayed in at Wine Apartments. Our apartment had 2 bedrooms, bathroom, seating area with TV, dining table and chairs and kitchen. Very clean and comfortable. We did have an issue with the shower on arrival., but it was fixed by the next day. We took our grandchildren with us for a trip to Krakow. Quiet area very close to local trams and easy to walk to centre. Great locations with local shops and restaurants nearby. There were steps in to the apartments, so probably not best for anyone with mobility issues. Would stay again and recommend.

  We stayed in the Chardonnay studio for 3 nights which is on the 4th floor. Before arriving we were not aware that we were on the 4th floor and that there was no lift which was not ideal, it is a lot of stairs to climb so be prepared. The room was good, reasonably sized for 2 people, bed was comfy. The bathroom had everything we needed however the towels had a weird damp smell. We had breakfast included which was really good, varied options and large portions!

  Firstly we stayed on the 4th floor in the Chardonnay apartments, very clean and compact, adequate accommodation for our 4 day stay, had everything you needed, fridge, microwave, kettle etc The apartment manager was very helpful with a few enquiries that we had before arriving in krakow The wine garage below the apartments served a lovely breakfast, only issues for us was the shower in our apartment was a bit small and the bathroom smelt of bad drains No issues with recommending these apartments unless you have mobility issues, as there is no lift

  Just returned from a 3 night stay at the wine apartments, Krakow with my husband and our toddler. We were staying in no14 - Riesling double room. Firstly can I just say opted in for b&b when booking. The food was delicious. A proper breakfast menu, everything cooked to order! The room was modern, spacious, warm and comfortable. Location was fab, a 15min walk to the square passing plenty of local shops, restaurants, bars, coffee shops along the way. Allowing you to experience the real krakow.Close by are tram stops and parks. Would absolutely stay here again!! A very safe, central location!

  Fix your mattresses...

  Just back from a few days in Poland where we stayed at Wine Apartments, we stayed in room 8 on the 2nd floor, no lift so be prepared to carry cases up and down stairs. When we arrived we were to early for check-in so dropped our cases off to save carrying them around with us, we were told there was paid storage we could leave our cases in, these turned out to be 4 small cupboards without locks so we had to leave our cases on top so they didn't block doors as the room was used a cellar aswell. When we went back at check-in the Initial impression was good, apartment looked lovely and clean and a is a great location, 10 minute's flat easy walk to the main square, where you pass lovely wee cafes and restaurants, these are definitely worth a visit, much better than the square bars/restaurants/cafes with better prices too! On further inspection we noticed the towels were holey and stained, there was no fan in the bathroom, the shower hardly worked, dirty marks up the wall, curtains hanging off, only two toilet rolls for a 5 day trip for two people, mattress very thin and uncomfortable, to boil the kettle we had to hold the button down for a few seconds, and lack of pillows, only one pillow each, even though there was enough storage in wardrobes to leave a couple extra. If these small things were sorted it would be a great place to stay.
