    Avoid if you want a drink or God forbid food

    Unhappy staff who refuse to give service at the hotel bar. You need to go out for food and drink. Shocking . Apart from 1 staff member the others just don't seem to want to be there .     Comfortable beds, but unfortunately that was the only positive aspect of the stay. The bathroom and room were noticeably dirty, which immediately left a bad impression. The carpets were heavily stained, giving the entire space a neglected, unclean feel. The toilets were filthy and clearly had not been properly cleaned in quite some time. This level of hygiene is simply not acceptable.To make matters worse, the room was absolutely freezing. The heating did not work at all, and despite trying to adjust it, the temperature never improved. It made the stay extremely uncomfortable, especially at night.The bathrooms were particularly disappointing — dirty surfaces, visible stains, and an overall sense that the facilities were outdated and poorly maintained. The décor looked very old-fashioned and worn out, far from what you would expect from a place that should provide a basic standard of comfort and cleanliness.Overall, the lack of cleanliness, the poor maintenance, and the broken heating made the experience extremely unpleasant. This stay did not meet even the minimum expectations. I would not recommend it unless significant improvements are made.

    Nice and helpful staff, very nice girls on the bar.Good breakfast.Affordable price and Hotel close to the center. Rooms neat and large, I recommend if someone wants to have a cheap room in the center

    Stayed in the hotel twice on route to and from Kyiv. The staff were excellent and couldn't do enough to help. My late arrival and early departure didn't cause a problem. Really nice breakfast. Rooms were spotless. Great location. Would definitely use the hotel again.

    I stayed in Campanile Lublin Hotel for 1 night only. Excellent experience. Check in was quick and smooth. Stuff is very helpful. Nice and quite hotel. Breakfast was good. I definitely will stay there next time.
