    Super hotel, so convenient

    rating14 Mar 2026

Excellent hotel with very friendly staff on reception. Rooms are really lovely too and there is a restaurant which is a shade expensive but equally the food quality was very good. Decent breakfast too and so convenient being directly opposite the exit to the main station so barely 2 minutes walk across the square!

Great Hotel for a quick stay. Only couple of nights but very convenient location, they have a small parking at the back, so make sure to register your car. Comfy rooms, good breakfast, great bar open all night!

Fantastic hotel in the city centre

    rating17 Apr 2024

Very quick trip to Poland, I arrived rather late as just before 3am and I called the hotel to advise I will be checking in late due to my late flight. The receptionist was fantastic, ensuring me my room will be ready, so I had nothing to worry about. When I arrived, the rooms was ready, despite being 3am, receptionist was very welcoming, ensuring and super helpful! She made this check in so easy and hassle free! Despite having a room with window facing main street, there was zero noise coming from the outside, which was very comfortable and allowed me to sleep longer! So that was a great plus! My booking was a room only, but I asked for breakfast and there was no problem, they just added me to the list. Check out was just as painless and easy. Good to mention, they do have a car park at the back of the hotel which is only 40zl for 24h, so it makes is super easy and stress free, because there was very spacious. Great stay, and I will def stay again! Łukasz Łabanowski, General Manager at Mercure Opole, responded to this review Hello,Thank you very much for your fantastic review! Perfect location.

We stayed in the Mercure right in the old town centre of Opole. It was a nice and quiet hotel. The bathroom was a bit outdated but still functioning perfect. The staff was friendly and you can park your car in front of the hotel. Don't forget to pay though..
