  Clean and nice apartment

  We weren't expecting much, but were completly surpised by how good the apartment was! Everything was nice and clean and the staff were really nice and helpful. One small minus was the bun (??) we found under our bed, the cleaners had missed it. There is a tram stop near the hotel and you can walk from the hotel to the old town in 20 minutes. Would recommend this hotel for even long stays also.

  Amazing apartments in a quiet, yet central location!

  We rented an apartment that was probably over 100 square meters for our family of 4. Very roomy in an old building which adds some early 20th century glamour to the place. Great location with a 20 minute walk to the Old Square yet in a quiet neighborhood. Easy to find parking on the street outside. Price is very very good!

  I know it under the name of ‘Apartamenty Classico’. Possible name change, but address most definitely the same as the interior decor. Conveniently located in a quiet part but still a central part of town. Walking distance from main railway station, Poznan Exhibition complex and the beautiful old town.Apartment gives plenty of privacy. Clean and well maintained with modest furnishing. Good place to stay for a short and a bit longer periods. Kitchenette equipped with basic necessities useful to get around for a few days without the use of restaurants. Few more dishes would make the stay easier and better, as the apartment is strictly equipped for the needs of two people only.If restaurant is what you are looking for, there is one available on the basement level of the same building.Few convenient stores in immediate area with a good selection of “basics plus” items. Good to buy bottled water and some tea and coffee to make back in the apartment.When looking for the area of improvements, a better accessibility to reception personnel would be a helpful asset. During my stay, I did not see anybody at the front desk and all concerns were conveyed to responsible person over the restaurant staff. Even the key on a check in were handled by very friendly and ever so helpful restaurant staff – to which I say my Thank you very much.Although everything was addressed promptly though and really no complaint can be made here, but it would be nice not to guess who can help a guest, when you have someone at the front desk to talk to. Wi-Fi connection was satisfactory, though it stopped working at one point at night, which could happen anywhere to anyone. Upon my request in the morning all routers has been promptly rebooted and internet connection was reestablished.With a price around $45 USD in around the Christmas time - it is an excellent value.

  I spend 1 Day. And i was robbed from my Appartement. Everything gone. Money, pasaport etc.my Appartement was openend with a Key And Locked again. After we came to our Appartement from diner it was like a nightmare. Its a Organisation criminality. Apartment 6 ist dangerous. Police Is informed. But polish Police Is Same like it hears. Slow And uninterested!!!

  The ratio of price/value simply excellent. Perfect location, walking distance to the center (a bit far but pleasant walk), in a great district of Jezyce, not far from local market. The location itself is very quiet. No problem at all with parking (although we were warned that Poznan is not particularly easy for finding a spot). The rooms are very large, tastefully arranged and new.Indeed, the bathroom had a problem with the water being all over the floor after shower, but that 's the only disadvantage I can think about. O, and a lack of washing machine, but these are small details. ***Idealna lokalizacja, klimatyczna kamienica, bardzo duze pokoje, wystroj bez udziwnien, prosty i elegancki, apartament i wyposazenie zdaja sie byc nowe. Okna apartamentu wychodza na ulice, mimo to halas nam nie przeszkadzal w nocy. Jedyne co, po prysznicu cala lazienka plywa w wodzie, jest to jednak detal przy ogolnym wrazeniu, jakie zrobilo na nas to miejsce. Ogolnie jak najbardziej godne polecenia miejsce.
