    Location was good. Everything else was average. Wifi was unacceptably slow. I couldn’t stream anything. Breakfast was ok. No recognition of diamond status. Front desk staff was unusually indifferent.

    Family of three that stayed for 2 nights as part of a multi-city stay in Poland. This hotel was great, and we wouldn't hesitate to return, beds were comfy, with one main double & a second double sofa bed. The rooms aren't huge, so there wasn't loads of spare space, but for 3 of us it was fine. Check in was easy, the staff were really helpful even thought it was about 1am due to a delayed flight. Breakfast selection was great, we were able to ask for non-dairy milk, and the conference room was available for overflow seating if its really busy. Great location for exploring the old town, and liked that you needed your key card to get into the main hotel reception from a security aspect. The happy birthday message & macarons were a lovely touch alongside the bottle that had been purchased. We would like to return to Poznan and would happily come back to his hotel.

    Breakfast was really great! There was a good mix of hot and cold options, plus desserts and fresh fruit, so you could easily find something you liked. I loved the tea and cereal selection — lots to choose from. The pancakes were super tasty too! If you go before 8 AM, it’s nice and quiet, which makes it even better.

    Excellent location very friendly staff nice and clean room also tastefully breakfast.Only I had a problem parking my luxury car in the hotel parking lot ( too small elevator).

    Just back from two nights in Poznan and we had a great stay at the hotel. Great location 5min slow walk to the main square, surrounded by places to eat and drink and tram stops just across the road. 10 minutes on the tram to the main train station. All the staff we encountered from reception to bar staff to cleaners were excellent,very helpful and friendly can not fault the staff at all.Room was clean and comfortable and pretty quiet ar night.Plenty of choice for breakfast lots of hot and cold food, savoury and sweet, the waffles and hot chocolate went down well with the 8yr old.Had late lunch one day in the hotel after a busy morning and the fish and burger were both very good. Only fault with lunch is i would have liked some more Polish food on the menu but it's a chain hotel and they cater to a wide market. (Plenty of great polish restaurants all around anyway)
