    Don't expect customer service

    All impression was spoiled by one man who shouldn't be allowed to work with customers. After a long drive, tired, pregnant, we arrived to the hotel, went to the reception, I said I would like to check in, and the man at the reception said - 'the check in time is 3 pm' and pointed his finger at the wall clock. It was 20 min to 3 pm!! Not 1 pm, not 10 am, but 20 min to the check in time. Usually, polite staff who respect their guests would say - 'I will check if the room is ready for you, if not - you can leave your luggage and we will contact you as soon as the room is ready'. But what we heard there was ridiculous. Surely, he gave us the key and we went up to the room, but that absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable.

    Having stayed at Malta Premium Poznan for two nights, we can but recommend this hotel:- central location (c. 2.5 km from the inner city)- spacy, well-equipped rooms with air-conditioning- variable breakfast offers- parking space available in the backyard (for free)- Wireless LAN included- friendly staff

    Stayed in Room 301, excellent apartment, almost felt at home. Much better than expected.Restaurant. Nice food at reasonable prices. Can only recommend eating there.Staff. Nice and helpfull staff.Location. Next door neighbor is a scrapyard/auto dealer. Too far from old town to walk (2.6km)

    The Malta is a small hotel in a quiet side road. We found the staff extremely friendly and helpful. The room was very good and not your typically boxy type. We ate in the room upon our arrival at about 9:30 pm and the meal was excellent and very good value.The breakfast was buffet style and had a very good selection of hot and cold food. I would definitely recommend the Malta.

    We had a three night break in poznan and stayed at this little gem of a hotel on the recommendation of some friends. It ticks all the boxes for an ideal stay even though on the first evening we did not arrive until after midnight
