    Mostly good service except the attitude of the afternoon staff, she will deactivate your room key card just for the fun of it.Some items on their breakfast menu are leftover.

    Really nice place to stay without thinking to much for your pocket. Super easy to get around thanks to great public transport nearby. The staff were super friendly and always happy to help. Also, the breakfast spread was decent.

    Air Hotel Warsaw(room 210)+Free shuttle bus (mini van) to and from airport. Call the number I got from reception (see picture of the card) when you arrive to the airport, as the number I got from booking the hotel (+48 22 703 4242), the hotel reception didn't answer my call. Luckily the mini van came because another couple was going to another hotel with the same vehicle (see picture of the vehicle how it looks like). The mini van stops on floor 2, exit C (departure area). It's 10min drive to the hotel. It cost around 13 euros if you book with Uber. +Basic breakfast, cost 49 zloty (see pictures of the breakfast).+Free and good Wi-Fi, hair dryer, kettle, air-condion and heating. +2 free water bottles. -Noisy from airplanes (you get ear plugs in the room). -No refrigerator. -No iron (maybe reception have). +/-Big parking lot for cars nearby the hotel.Burger King and other shops nearby. Only stayed here over the night because of my flight the next morning.It's ok place for the value.

    I staid here for the third time. Never lets me down. Really probable best option to spent night between the flights. Also, keep in mind that the purpose of the stay is to get a sleep between flights - not a honey moon or vacation. For Honeymoon or vacation definitely there are better options :)Area around is not for sightseeing. Maybe it is ok for shopping as there are few malls.

    Chose this hotel again after I had to travel with an injured foot, because I couldn't think of a more perfect place for me. It has a free shuttle from the airport; nice girls at the reception speak multiple languages; the rooms are very clean, everything is new and modern, and the best of all - the beds are extremely comfortable! The restaurant had minimal service this time because it was Easter (my fault for not looking it up, but I also wish the hotel would put a note about things like that on their website). But I was quite happy with what they offered anyway. No complaints there. Plus, they make great coffee at the reception! I asked for a room closer to the elevator, and I was accommodated wonderfully.They ordered me a taxi and it arrived on time. Perfect trip in every way.
