    We were booked to stay for 3 night in April . But due to Cord19 . were unable to travel. I called the hotel to advise them we would be unable to travel and a very nice lady. said not to worry she would arrange a full refund for our rooms. very pleasant manner and very helpful. so happy with the way this was dealt with. looking forward to see them sometime soon when we re book our stay.again. thank you for the way you handled our request

    We stayed here for 3 nights, it was a good 45 mins from airport but is right in the centre of Warsaw. Lovely view from our window, staff friendly. We had a one bedroom apartment, very spacious, comfy bed, cosy lounge and a kitchenette with everything you need. The bathroom was great and the shower was always hot and very powerful. Will stop here again if I come to this part of Poland again

    We stayed at the Apartmenty Zgoda Warszawa by DeSilva Hotel for 2 nights end November 2019. Great central location in Warsaw. Very pleasant and helpful on reception. Free wifi. Room was clean and spacious. Good continental breakfast only downside was breakfast room is not big enough and we had to wait in reception along with quite a few other people until there was space in the breakfast room.

    Unfortunately the only positives for this place were the price and location. Right off the train station, near shopping, and plenty of food options.(Tip: this is not located in Old Town, that's a long walk/bus ride/taxi ride away. If you've never been to Warsaw you may want to compare where the sites/museums are which you want to visit compared to where you'll be staying centrally). If you want even slightly above basic accomodations, seek elsewhere. The price was most definitely too good to be true! The room was nothing like depicted. Our multi night stay turned into one very quickly. The internet WiFi was also barely functional. Pictures speak louder than words. We left as soon as we could!

    We enjoyed 3 nights at this appartment. The staff were very good. Previous reviews criticised the staff but we found them friendly and helpful. Our room was good and clean. It was a bit noisy from the street especially cars and motor bikes. Breakfast was very good and there was a choice of cooked breakfast which we have rarely seen on our three month trip. Our complaint is that the mattresses are showing their age and sag at the side.
