    Cold in the room during winter

    The room was cold during winter. The thermostat could not be set above 23 °C, yet the perceived temperature was around 20 °C. I reported this at the reception desk; it was fixed for one day, but the same problem returned the next day.Road noise was clearly audible even with the window closed.The room was clean, but breakfast was average.

    Stayed for a weekend - staff are so friendly - this place is awesome - a £7 uber ride from old city but still fabulous and easily connected. Stones throw from chaupin airport so very convenient. I’d return here a million times as a single female traveller - I’m safe - I feel comfortable walking alone at night - I’m totally in love with this city and will return - came with my husband and did a phenomenal walking tour and Warsaw rising museum - I have learned so much - experienced more and utterly love the hospitality- the food and the welcome !

    I was living in a standard single room. Good isolation, I didn't hear anything from the street. Room is rather small but with everything needed. Employees were friendly, helping with all the requests and needs.Breakfast was replaced by lunch box because of early flight that's why can't say anything about breakfast.For the rest standard hotel.

    Stayed here on two separate trips for business and stayed in two different rooms. Rooms and amenities were up to standard. No complaints here. Good breakfast, although the place can be crowded at times. Also no issues with the service as I see some complaining about. So overall a good experience on both occasions.

    Horrible stay. The room was cold on the 8 th floor with horrible view to the wall(855). AC , telephone, fridge nothing is working in this room, first night asked reception boys to fix the telephone, no one came to see it. 4 sewing boxes and 2 empty closed boxes of shower cap on the sink, it seems the boxes are only as decorations not for use. Horrible customer service at reception , felt like in Russia full of bureaucracy, terrible. The breakfast is very poor, receptionist could explain what breakfast do they serve. During 2 nights stay, housekeeping did not come even to collect the rubbish.Full of refugees , would not recommend to stay in this hotel. I was First time in Warsaw everything was beautiful except the hotel, maybe was unlucky with the hotel. I would rate as 2 star hotel,looks nice from outside nothing special. Very poor customer service,specially at the reception. Wouldn't recommend this hotel.
