    Good airport hotel for connection flight sleep

    Good location as it is 5 min drive from the airport. There is a shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel. The rooms were clean. Good breakfast with tasty food. The staff in the reception were very friendly and helpful.

    Unwilling to compensate as promised

    I had an unpleasant stay at the property some time ago as they sold my room twice and another guest stood in front of my bed at 3 am. After giving feedback, I was offered a compensation of a complimentary one night stay, which I accepted. When I tired to claim that night, my request was denied, saying that the free night has to be claimed within a year. This condition was not communicated to me as I would have asked for HHoners points instead. When I pointed this out, the failure of not communicating this to me was acknowledged; however, the complimentary night was still refused.It is clear that the hotel does not want to take the responsibility for a spoiled stay; neither are they unwilling to compensate as promised. It is often impossible for an international traveler to claim a free night within a year.In my 40+ years and hundreds of stays at Hilton properties, I never came across such unreasonable treatment by a hotel.

    Hampton Warsaw Airport stay was wonderful. It is extremely close to the airport. The rooms were fairly compact but excellently outfitted. Breakfast contained a massive number of options, and dinner could also be purchased from the hotel restaurant. Staff was friendly and helpful. Everything was clean.

    Not so close to the Old City

    Lately, my husband and I stayed at this location twice. We loved the service and the front desk staff was excellent. The shuttle was on time and very convenient. We used the public transportation to go to the old town, it's doable, however not as easy. All and all a good experience.

    Very close to the airport check in easy only stayed 1 night we were on the 4th floor room nice and spacious and big bathroom clean and nice shower pressure wasn’t brilliant however lovely hot water they do have a hair dryer in the bathroom which is handy towels good size bed nice n comfy and nice pillows the aircon worked however the room was so hot it was very uncomfy to sleep in tried to open the the window but didn’t do anything the bed is in the wrong position of the air con and doesn’t blow on u there is a safe Breakfast was a good selection and plenty of seating areas got the free shuttle back to the airport there r times located at the reception desk
