    Our experience at reception was very uneven. One of the employees, whose name tag said Yulia, showed very little empathy toward four elderly people who only know a few words of English. She appeared serious, distant, and unfriendly, speaking quickly and making no real effort to make herself understood. It felt as though we were dealing with someone with very little willingness to help or facilitate communication.However, another colleague who noticed the situation, named Julia, always with a smile on her face, showed the complete opposite attitude. With just a few words of Spanish and our few words of English, she managed to solve everything in less than five minutes with kindness, patience, and professionalism. That attitude proves that when there is genuine interest and dedication to the job, language stops being a barrier.Apart from that, the hotel left us with a very positive impression. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the cleanliness was excellent at all times. Although it is not a luxury hotel, it offers a level of quality clearly above its three-star rating.     A well located and comfortable city centre hotel.

    This is a well located hotel not far from the main train stations. Many of the Warsaw attractions can be reached by walking or public transport. The hotel room was well equipped and comfortable. Breakfast was adequate. Did try the hotel bar food one evening but some of the limited menu was unavailable and also quite expensive.     Nice hotel in the center with terrible breakfast. Breakfast didn't look and taste as expected in this class hotel. Totally disappointed. Except from breakfast all the rest, cleanliness, staff, bed comfort were more then good.     Great location – everything is nearby and easy to reach on foot or by public transport. The room was clean and well equipped with all essentials. Unfortunately, we were not informed about the construction work, so the view was blocked by scaffolding, which was little disappointing. Breakfast was good but very crowded in the morning due to the small dining area.
