Location

This hotel is located in the safe and central business and financial centre of Warsaw. The nearest links to the public transport network are around 3 minutes' walk. It is a 5-10 minute walk from all the main office buildings of the centre, and only a 5-minute taxi ride from the Old Town. Guests will find restaurants, bars and nightspots around a 10-minute walk away and the railway station is roughly 15 minutes on foot from the property.

Facility

The hotel has 11 junior suites, 216 single rooms and 98 double rooms, which are located on 26 storeys and are reachable by lift. English- and German-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Services such as a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. Children can enjoy the playground. Additional amenities include a newspaper stand and a TV room. Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. All rooms are carpeted and have a double bed or a king-size bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. A kitchenette with a mini fridge, a tea/coffee station and a dishwasher is also provided as standard. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio, a CD player, a DVD player, a plug adapter, an alarm clock and WiFi are provided as well. Slippers are included. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. A hairdryer, a vanity mirror, bathrobes and a telephone are available for daily use. As a special feature, bathrooms are also stocked with cosmetic products, a selection of towels and background music. Wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms are also available. The hotel has family rooms and non-smoking rooms.

Sport

The pleasantly heated water of the indoor and outdoor pools guarantees comfortable swimming. Guests can treat themselves to refreshing drinks at the poolside snack bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub. A sun terrace is a great place to while away the hours. For guests who wish to keep active, cycling/mountain biking, tennis and horse riding are available. Sports enthusiasts are also offered a wide range of indoor activities, including a gym, billiards, bowling, squash, callisthenics and aerobics. There is a wellness area with a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, a hammam, a beauty salon, hydrotherapy treatments and a solarium. Subject to charge: massage treatments. A dance club and a casino are also options for entertainment.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a café and a bar. A non-smoking restaurant with air conditioning, high chairs and a separate area for smokers is available to guests. Catering options include bed and breakfast and half board. A continental breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day. At lunch and dinner, guests can choose between a buffet, à la carte and a set menu. Diet meals, gluten-free meals and vegetarian dishes can be prepared on request. In addition, special catering options and snacks are available.

    Excellent stay in a fascinating city

    Just returned from a 5-night stay in Warsaw with another couple of friends, and so happy that we visited.Check-in was straightforward, however as the rooms were not ready we were given keys to the Executive Lounge to wait.As both rooms were booked for Diamond (and Lifetime Diamond) guests, we were fortunate enough to be upgraded to 1 Executive Business King Room and also to a Corner Suite, and both rooms were extremely comfortable.We were both on the 21st floor, which offered great views across much of the city.The Executive Lounge was on the 26th floor, and was a very comfortable place to sit and relax or get some work done.The Lounge was open from 0630 until 2200, I think, during which time the chillers are available for soft drinks and the coffee machine is also available.From 1700-1900hrs, the evening service is offered, and it was very good indeed. We had different food options on every night, and although we dined out each evening you could very easily have made a tasty and varied meal from the food on offer.Along with the food there was the usual selection of "house" spirits, beer and wine ... be careful about which beer bottle you choose, however, because they insisted on filling the ice bucket with "ZERO" lager, which was drunk by exactly ZERO guests!!!The Lounge was staffed by very helpful young members of the team, led by Paulina (who was lovely) and assisted by too many others for me to recall. One of the taller chaps was called Abe, I think, and he was really excellent. He also worked downstairs in the bar, where he was equally helpful.The gym was immense, and there are so many machines that you will always find something to use.There is a great pastry shop in the lobby, and the cakes were not only fantastically tasty, they were also really good value.The Front Desk was managed by Martyna, who was a delight ... really helpful and friendly, although I have to say that this was my experience throughout the hotel!We had breakfast every morning downstairs in the main restaurant (there is no cut-down version available in the Lounge, which was a shame), where the selection was impressive and regularly refreshed and replenished.     Fantastic hotel with everything you could need and first class service. In a great area with lots of bars and restaurants and shops close, walking distance to most attractions in Warsaw. Very kind staff and comfortable and great rooms, plus great pool and spa. One of the best!     Bad hotel.

    Location is not good, 40 min walk to the city center. The rooms are okay, but check for any dirt/stains. Noise level is quiet. The service is bad, most of the service dosen't speak Polish. The fitness club is not a part of the hotel, the swimming pool is closed for children on weekdays, on weekends they can use it in certain hours. This hotel is not made for children due to no children ammenities and a long walk to the city center.     Another fantastic night at the Hilton Warsaw City. Check-in was seamless, the Executive Lounge was excellent, and the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable.     Overall decent stay with great service, but a few odd details

    The hotel service was friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. I stayed in an Executive King room, which included access to the top-floor lounge. The lounge itself was nice — the snacks were okay, nothing particularly special, but the drink selection was definitely better.The room (19th floor) was perhaps a bit too red for my personal taste, but it had everything I needed and was comfortable overall.I also received a few drink vouchers for the lobby bar. The service there was excellent and efficient, which left a very positive impression.Breakfast was served in the restaurant on the lobby level. Unfortunately, the coffee machines were quite slow, and no one offered coffee service at the table, which was a bit disappointing. The food selection was decent, but nothing memorable — I would have appreciated some local specialties to try.I also used the gym, swimming pool, and sauna area. The pool was really nice, and the gym was excellent.Now, let’s talk about the “Finnish sauna” where you are NOT allowed to throw water on the stones? This was honestly a complete miss. As a Finn, this feels wrong — if you’re going to call it a Finnish sauna, you should allow proper sauna use. The sauna itself (Harvia) is great, but the rules need serious reconsideration. This was easily the most confusing and frustrating part of the whole stay.Overall, a decent visit with great service, but a few details that could be improved.
