  We stayed at the Bellotto Hotel for three nights and had a wonderful experience. One of the hotel receptionists Jakub was very friendly and had great recommendations for dining around the area, he is a great asset to the hotel. Room was clean and spacious, with good amenities and very nicely decorated. The location is fantastic, just around the corner from the Royal Palace. Breakfast was great, they also had a choice of cooked breakfast as well as the buffet, including freshly squeezed orange juice which was fantastic. There is a bar just off reception but it was very quiet so we didn't use it. Would highly recommend for staying at the old town in Warsaw, lots to do and great options for dining around the area.

  Disappointing for the price tag

  Beautiful property and well located in the old town with an abundance of bars and restaurants on your door step. Service was very hit and miss with the front desk staff. Breakfast was weak with limited choice, albeit what was there was good quality. Room was average size and the bed small. Not particularly comfortable. Bathroom was incredibly small with nice toiletries. Zero atmosphere in the hotel/ bar/ restaurant. Casio on the first floor which was also dead and allowed smoking so there was a smell of tobacco throughout the property.   The stay was fine but not exceptional.

  The location is excellent, right in the old city, with many attractions within walking distance.The staff were helpful at check-in & helped to carry our heavy luggage. There is no lift & lots of stairs. The lobby area was very stark.Room was in the style that you would expect with plush furnishings & décor.The only downside was that our window overlooked what seemed to be a bin area & staff break out area. Not sure why we were allocated this room as the hotel was far from full.The small milk capsules were unusable as they had gone sour!A/C, it was very very hot especially in the bathroom as it was impossible to adjust the temperature.Smell of smoking in the corridor outside our room.The stay was fine but not exceptional.   Great location, service could be improved

  The location of the Bellotto Hotel is excellent: right in the old city, with many attractions within walking distance.The lobby wasn't to my taste: very white, extremely bright lighting, and unappealing furniture. The bar also felt quite cold and uninviting, one of the most impersonal I've ever seen.At reception, there were two friendly men. However, the service did not meet the standards. For example, the air conditioning manual was only in Polish, with no explanation provided.The room was spacious and fairly nice, though again, not really to my taste. The lights glowing behind the bed didn’t feel very stylish.The bathroom was just okay. There was no separate shower, only a bathtub with a curtain, which gave it a somewhat cheap appearance.The bed was fairly comfortable, though I found the pillows quite horrible. Unfortunately, the only alternative was an orthopedic pillow.Housekeeping was inconsistent. At arrival, the teacups were sticky and stuck to their saucers, and there was still water left in the kettle. After the first night, the towels weren’t neatly placed back on the radiator. The toilet paper holder was also loose. These are details that should be checked regularly by a second pair of eyes.Breakfast was fine. Enough options and the quality was quite good. However, if you're tall (1.75m or above), it's not so easy to reach the buffet, as a panel blocks your view. That said, the lady who served us on the second and third mornings was very friendly.Overall, service was mediocre, though this seemed to be the case in much of Warsaw. Still, this should be easy to improve: greet your guests when they pass by, smile, and make an effort to ensure they feel comfortable. Given the high price, I’ve stayed in other hotels that were more comfortable and offered better service at a lower cost.   Quiet stay, beautiful property

  Quiet stay in a beautiful property. Here over Easter so it was quiet at restaurants and on the street. Roomswere lovely with great blackout curtains and nice soft lighting. Nespresso in rooms and nice amenities for bath/towels etc. Great location, close to old town. Did not eat breakfast or use the bar or casino.
