  I booked Indigo because of location and Indigo status. Room was really nice with excellent beds and it’s was very clean and tidy. Best part of stay was breakfast, which was amazing. One of the best in Europe. Indigo became my favourite in Warsaw over Westin and Sheraton.   The rooms are very big! Loads of space. Good beds and pillows and wonderful breakfasts. Such friendly staff. And top location.   Great location, but below average stay

  I stayed for one night and it wasn't great. The only two positive things I can say are that the location and shower were great! Everything goes downhill from there. To start, the lobby wasn't well ventilated, so it was warm and doesn’t feel like I'm staying at a 4-star hotel. Additionally, the room we stayed in was very dimly lit to the point we needed to use our phone flashlights to see. The AC wasn't working well at all, so it was also just really warm in general. To top it all off, our room faced the elevator, so the window to our room showed the hallway a 360 view of our room. It truly felt like a museum exhibit or zoo, except we were the ones on display 😂.   Hotel Indigo Warsaw - Nowy Swiat is housed inside a historic building that has been wonderfully renovated with a mix between old and new design. The location of Indigo is right at the start of Nowy Swiat street (that leads to the Old Town) and you will find lots of restaurants, bars and coffee shops on the street to choose from. Near the hotel you will also find several bus/tram stops and a few minutes away an underground station.Rooms are modern, spacious and everything operates with the touch of a few buttons - even the curtains; although it takes some time to understand how it works. I have stayed twice at this hotel. Once I stayed in a room with a fantastic city view but then could hear noises from the street outside (ok, I’m a light sleeper :)) but also the roll down curtains were not tight enough so a lot of sunlight slipped in in the morning (I prefer to sleep in a dark room). Second time I stayed in a room facing the atrium, this room was quiet and provided complete darkness. Breakfast served in restaurant Flo is one of the best in Warsaw; it has a good selection of fresh food including freshly squeezed orange juice and an excellent a ’la carte’ menu to choose from. They also have Anastasia, who is absolutely exceptional – warm, genuinely attentive, and with a natural charm that makes you feel instantly welcome. She doesn’t just help you choose something tasty from the menu; she makes it feel like a personal recommendation, as if she’s curating the best experience just for you. We have stayed in many hotels in Warsaw – Bristol, Intercontinental, H15, Verte, Warszawa, Nobu, Hilton – but nowhere have we encountered someone as dedicated and heartfelt in their service as Anastasia. While all staff work hard to ensure items are topped up, tableware replenished, and tables cleared and cleaned, Anastasia stands out. She goes beyond simply assisting – she anticipates your needs with genuine enthusiasm, making every interaction feel special.During both stays we had lunch in the restaurant Flo. The dishes were mouth-watering, and the quality of the food was excellent. Also during the lunch, the staff were attentive.I have already recommended this hotel to my friends, colleagues and family. And I have already stayed in this hotel twice this year and will come back for sure, although when I’m in Warsaw with my son then we will stay at Crowne Plaza Warsaw - The HUB (also IHG hotel) just because they have a much better fitness studio.
