Location

This attractive hotel is located in the pulsing centre of Warsaw, on the famous Constitution Square, close to the embassies. Around 50 m from the hotel, guests will find the nearest underground station. In addition, plenty of shopping venues, bars, nightclubs and restaurants are to be found in the vicinity. The train station is around 400 m away and Warsaw airport is some 9 km from the hotel.

Facility

132 rooms, including 4 suites, 25 single rooms and 64 double rooms, are located on 5 storeys and can be reached by lift. English-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk are happy to answer any questions. A baggage storage service, a safe and a cash machine are available. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops as well. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Other services include a 24-hour security service, medical assistance, room service, a laundry service, a hairdresser, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus. To assist guests with their business and communication needs, the business centre offers a fax machine.

Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. All rooms are carpeted and have a double bed, a queen-size bed, a king-size bed or a sofa bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Guests will also find a refrigerator included among the standard features. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well.     Our stay at MDM Hotel was very pleasant. The service at the reception was smooth and mostly friendly, and the breakfast was excellent with plenty of quality options.The rooms were quiet and very spacious, and a big plus goes for the small refrigerator! The hotel’s location is central with great transport connections in every direction. Some noise from the street could be heard, but that’s perfectly normal in a big city like Warsaw. Inside the hotel, the corridors and neighboring rooms were silent, making it a peaceful place to stay. The bed was comfortable, though the pillows could have been better, and sharing one large duvet isn’t ideal, separate blankets would be a nicer option. Shower had good water pressure, although the first two nights we only got lukewarm or cold water, which turned out to be a citywide issue, not the hotel’s fault. For the rest of the stay, the water was perfectly warm.The new Citizen Lounge is a great place to spend the evening, and compared to our stay a year ago, the recent renovation has made the hotel even better.     First time visiting Warsaw and so glad I picked this hotel .Even though rated as a 3 star it felt more,the place was spotless and the room was spacious .The breakfast was on a promo so we had it where normally we would go out for breakfast.It was regularly stocked up and had choices for different nationalities and had decent tea for an English person .The staff were friendly and helpful.Its a bit further out from the old town but the buses are so cheap or hire a scooter ,that’s what we did .I would stay again at this hotel .     Very nice hotel in the center of the town.

    A nice hotel and the staff was very helpful and friendly. We stayed in room 516 (deluxe room) and it was very quiet and the beds were comfortable, it was also very clean. However the breakfast could have been better with more to choose from, it was the same range of food everyday.
