  Geniunely worst hotel ive ever been at, no kettle or refregerator, just nothing except towels, bathroom is very small, no space to put your stuffbut thats not the worst, few days after check out they texted us and said that we ruined the mattres because we left some stains and we have to pay 200zl, i knew that nothing happened while we was there so we asked for photos, they send later photo of a mattres pad with huge stain, probably bloodI think it is kinda suspicious that the only thing that is „ruined by us” is only mattres pad, not the blanket, pillow or the mattres itself as they accused us, how do i know they are telling the truth? what of its not from our room? why would they wait for three days before they contacted us? there is no way we couldve leave this stain, i really regret that we paid them and stayed in this hotel, never in my life again Jakub Goliński, General Manager at Hotel Premiere Classe Warszawa, responded to this review Dear Guest,Thank you for sharing your feedback.   Hotel located in the center. Near the train station. Good access to the airport. Shops and restaurants nearby.Quiet room.The bathroom is like a ship's, a bit ridiculous and I don't notice it.The shower is very small. There was long hair (from other guests) in the bathroom (women).At 9:40 a.m., there's a knock at the door and the employee asks for "room service." In a country where the official language is Polish, English? Bad.I had another hotel to choose for the same price. I chose it solely because of its location.I won't choose it again.   The room I was given was fully renovated, brand new. Excellent location, value for money. For 25 PLN you get a good breakfast.   Nice hotel, good location (next to train station). Feel that the shower room was a bit small and dated, and noticed a socket in the room was a bit loose. Comfy bed, helpful staff. Good variety of food options at breakfast.   Everything was according to the price: small room with everything one need. The staff is helpful, quick and friendly. the wifi is good. The only problem is the terrible persistent (!) sound (from the construction site or the railway ?)/ So I had to close the window to sleep.
