    Everything you need from a hotel

    Hotels location is amaizing. It’s basically right in the center near old town. It’s alk you need from a hotel - bed, shower, breakfast. Nothing fancy, but evertything is clean and fine.I’m staying in this hotel for the second time. This time I forgot my Apple Watch charger there. I doubt that I can get it back somehow.

    THE MOST UNHELPFUL RECEPTION SERVICE EVER!!Stay from 9th to 11th August 2024.Upon our arrival we informed the receptionists that we had to leave the hotel on Sunday 11th very early in the morning to get to Modlin airport and we agreed that they would call a taxi for us.One day later, on Saturday evening, when we reminded them to call the taxi, they said that there was no taxis service in the area around the hotel during Saturday night and the Sunday due to a military parade.They should have warned about this situation upon our arrival but they did not. They denied all responsibility. Moreover they did not help us calling a taxi to agree a meeting point out of the closed area. They only gave us the taxi service phone number, although they knew that we do not speak Polish.Our experience at this hotel was very disappointing and stressful due to the unhelpful behaviour of the receptionists.

    Walking distance location to most in-demand areas; reasonable price. Some internet issues during my stay, but Ewa at the front desk was very helpful in finding a solution. Vending machine for drinks. Will stay here again.

    This place is a total dump and scary. Spots on floor, mold in cramped shower. Sirens all day and night. I slept with the suitcase behind the door. Didn't sleep much because of all the noise. I'm changing hotels as soon as possible.

    It'a really great economy class hotel. Location is the best part. PGE stadium, Kopernik museum is very close. Do not take breakfast, better go to Crepe Cafe (400 m from hotel). Hotel itself is safe, not modern, but clean. For solo trip it was perfect.
