We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel ♡The location was very convenient — close to the metro, the train station, and plenty of shops.The room was clean, comfortable, and a good size.The staff were polite, friendly, and ready to help.We also really appreciated the breakfast — it was delicious and offered a nice variety of options to choose from. Overall, we felt the price truly reflects the quality of the experience.We would happily stay here again and would definitely recommend it to others!

The hotel is well placed, close to the old city center. Food is amazing, but menu is not so diverse in choices. Nice and proffesional staff. Will recommend to stay and enjoy the capital! Good Luck!V. The best hotel in Warsaw!

We stayed at the Metropol Hotel in Warsaw for 4 nights (3 people) and had an excellent experience.The hotel is perfectly located in the very center of Warsaw, right above the metro station (the entrance is only about 20 meters from the hotel). It is directly across from the Palace of Culture and Science and just one street away from Warsaw’s Central Station.Our room was very spacious and cleverly designed, with two separate areas divided by a partition wall, which gave us extra comfort and privacy. The room was well equipped with a refrigerator, electric kettle, dining area, and air conditioning.The hotel was very clean, and the staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful.Breakfast was rich, varied, and very enjoyable.We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel without hesitation. The hotel looks terrible from the outside, and I knew from that moment on that this wasn't going to be a pleasant stay, and I wasn't wrong. There was a long wait to check in, and the entire reception area was filled with suitcases from other guests who had to check out but didn't want to leave yet. It looked untidy, something that wouldn't be seen even in a one-star hotel. The room was tiny, but the walls were clean, and there was no refrigerator. Earplugs were readily available by the bed, which made it clear that it would be noisy. You will hear traffic all night long. You are unable to control temperature in the room. The reception desk had a notice that the restaurant was closed today due to some sort of meeting. I chose this hotel because of the good reviews, but it also teaches me a lesson for the future: other people's reviews aren't necessarily good or accurate. For the price here, you can buy a four-star hotel in Warsaw, or even a five-star one on some days. I don't like it when hotels provide soap, shower gel, and shampoo in one bottle because it's rubbish. Here, it didn't even smell at all, so it was unpleasant to use. Like everywhere else, the hot water is on the left, even the red dot on a tap suggests that but hot water was on the left in this hotel. Another issue is that the aisles are very tnarrow creating traffic jams between people carrying food and those going to get it. Food was cold. One coffee machine didn't work at all, and the other, which did, didn't have cups. The staff was very slow in clearing tables, practically unable to cope. These people are so slow they wouldn't even last a day at McDonald's. Great location but very noisy

Clean and basic room. Good customer services. Close to the station and a main road , so use ear plugs if you want a good night sleep. Fabulous breakfast, varied and with fresh products.
