  What’s happening to P&O customer service…??

  P&O customer service do they have one. I have been trying to contact every method going and had no response other than a generic email. I have even written a letter to no avail. Every time I ring the phone gets cut off as they are too busy, they suggest ringing back another time…..Any clues anyone on how to make contact with them. I have a cruise in 3 weeks and need some thing amended. JF

  A lot of money for a welcome smelly smell

  I booked my stay of 4 days through an American Express Voucher and sadly all the Informations of the reservation confirmation (address and telephone numbers) were wrong.In addition "P&O" was not able to send me a email for the credit deposit request, so I wasted a lot of time and a lot of pointless traveling, to figure out the right Information. THEN, when I finally entered the apartment, I was greeted by a STINKY SMELL from the apartment. In addition, there were only a few used and some completely used toilet rolls and hardly any shampoo and the freezer was in poor condition, which I would then have to fix. I had to take care of all these problems myself, I was neither helped nor shown any understanding for them. I paid a lot and still had to endure all of this. Shame.

  P&O shocking customer service

  7 days in September to Malta on Azura, only worked out to 6 days as arrivedlate then off the ship first, cabin noise was a mare every night as must have been next to the Aircon module servicing all cabins, offered £150 refund from a nearly 7K holiday. ...big deal, won't travel with them again. Just booked MSC to Dubai in Feb can't wait

  We stayed as a family of four in a very modern and spacious two bedroom apartment. It was lovely and clean with all the amenities needed. Close to the metro and busses as well as Arkadia shopping centre. We liked it so much, I’ve booked five nights for next summer too.

  The apartment was good and safe but we had a problem to check-in because there was not any actual address. The bed was comfortable and the sofa bed too. The location was not bad near the arcadia mall and with a waking distance to the old town. You could go to the centrum by a tram and the prize is very good.
