    This “hotel” is an absolute disgrace.The staff are extremely unfriendly, unhelpful, and apparently insufficiently trained.I travel frequently and have never experienced anything this bad before.The apartments are, at best, of a 3-star standard. The bathroom smells terrible, and there are no windows that can be opened, which makes the stay even more unpleasant.Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this accommodation under any circumstances.

    Dirty beds, incredibly basic room, would not stay again - ever

    Put up here by British Airways after our flight was cancelled and an already traumatic experience was made worse by having to stay overnight at this hotel. The rooms are really, really basic, the beds feel as though they haven’t been replaced in years, and there were dirty long hairs all over my pillow. The bathroom is functional but incredibly small. It’s like staying at a dodgy apartment block, guys hanging around the doors and entrances all smoking until very late at night. Would absolutely not stay here again out of choice, and I’d suggest if BA try and put you here when your flight is cancelled, book somewhere else and claim back with your receipts!

    A great experience. A safe and modern place. An apartment with a kitchen, a modern bathroom, a comfortable bed, in a modern neighbourhood near Warsaw (15 minutes in car of the city center). With a parking, a big hall. It’s expensive but it really worth it !!

    Modern? Clean? New? All sounds like a good joke while describing this hotel. Place is ran down, not well maintained, smells like cigarettes and all the three rooms that I had tried looked like a crime scene. The whole room is poorly design and constructed. Wouldn’t stay here again if they would pay me to. Worst hotel I ever been in... couldn’t wait till 5am to get the hell out of there

    We stayed here whilst attending a wedding in Warsaw centre and I think we booked the wrong hotel as there is one in the centre too . Rooms clean but you have to ask them to be cleaned , the windows don’t open but the AC is good. Breakfast area small and a bit samey but good. Lady working the bar and restaurant at night was lovely.It’s in an upcoming area so nothing around it but I’m sure there will be in the near future, taxis cost about 60 zlotys to town .Take a card from reception to show the driver on the way back as they haven’t a clue where it is .
