  We expected it to be normal where at least someone is on a reception, have been waiting a lady for 15 min, and yet no one appeared after that, unfortunately I can’t give a better review where a hostel makes you wait for so long to get your already booked room.

  Nothing like pictures

  I reserved a room with private bath, but when I got the place, it was not averrable and I could not help staying with a room with shared bath. My room was nothing like pictures on the web site and very old. Internet signal was very weak and can not download anything. I guess I got one of the oldest room. I would not stay there never again.

  Great option for budget family accommodation

  We are a family of 5 with 3 teenage kids. We planed to spend most of our time in Warsaw exploring and only wanted somewhere to sleep at night rather than spending lots of time in the accommodation. We wanted somewhere central within walking distance of Castle Square. We wanted somewhere that was good value as we were on a budget. The Puffa Lux fitted our requirements perfectly.

  We were a group of friends, so we booked a room for 6 persons. Beds were quite comfortable. Wifi was good too. Sadly, shared bathrooms and WC was not so good. There was some smell, filthy, very small area in some of them. In the basement, there is a small kitchen. The biggest plus of our stay here is a very good location - just 5-7 min from the old town and it was quite cheap.

  our booked double room was fairly small and quite basic. There was also not much space to put things or to move around the room. It was clean and the staff was friendly. The hostel is in walking distance of the old town.
