    We went for 2 days and 1 night to Warsaw to see the city and for some shopping. To have it easy we decided to stay at the airport hotel. And it was very nice. The location is perfect. From pickup of your luggage to the reception about 3 min walk only. Airport has a train station from where you can go to city center in 20 minutes.The rooms are spacious and the bed very comfortable. It was also very soundproof as we could not hear anything from outside or from the corridor. We had a very good sleep here.We also decided to opt for the breakfast, and breakfast was incredibly good. We were a bit shocked that there were strong alcoholic beverages as options, but well it is strange but we did of course not take them.If we need a hotel in Warsaw again this will be an option. There was a spa in the hotel but due to lack of time we did not use it.Last but not least the staff was very friendly everywhere in the hotel.

    Very pleasant experience: Extraordinary helpful staff in all areas, great lounge with very friendly service. Very diverse breakfast buffet, also with some local national dishes. Superb location: oposite to the airport but only short ride to the center of the city by taxi or by metro (very cheap). Superb wellnes area with saunas and swimming pool.

    Hotel is located close to the airport.Customer care is poor. When we walked in and approached receptionist there was no smile or hello. Plastic receptionist was like a robot. Concierge I have spotted nearly asleep on his chair, was so bored. Our room was fine however big glass bathroom door very impractical.Toilet rolls are cheap and hard.Room service disaster. Food was very cold, waiter unpleasant. Receptionist didn’t mention that we could have early breakfast.All experience was very poor from the staff.     Check in experience - challenging Jan receptionist was talking very fast trying to say everything in one sentence, was mumbling and it was difficult to understand him. Swimming pool area no one at the desk to welcome you or give you the towel. Customers wondering around themselves, odd experience.Room service - several times not available. Soup at 5 star hotel not available, Coca Cola not available only Pepsi. Waiter brought our food on the tray without any cover, food was cold.For 5 star international hotel at the airport we had quite poor experience. Room and view very nice.     Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The level of service was extremely poor, and I would not recommend this property to others.From early in the morning (around 7:00 a.m.), there was significant noise, which made it impossible to rest. When we politely asked whether it would be possible to extend our stay in the room to get some additional rest, the response we received was rude and dismissive.Throughout our stay, several members of staff were unhelpful and unprofessional. Despite being able to communicate in English, they were unwilling to do so, which made communication unnecessarily difficult.In particular, the Technical Director, Yaroslav Kaminskyi, behaved in a rude and unprofessional manner. His communication was passive-aggressive, and when I requested to speak in English, his response was: “This is Poland, I won’t speak English.” This interaction was especially disappointing and inappropriate in a hospitality setting.Overall, this was a very unfortunate experience, and I will not be returning. If you are looking for a hotel that values professionalism, courtesy, and guest comfort, I would recommend considering other options.На жаль, мій досвід перебування в цьому готелі був вкрай розчаровуючим. Рівень обслуговування був надзвичайно низьким, і я не можу рекомендувати цей готель іншим гостям.Починаючи з раннього ранку (приблизно з 7:00), у готелі було дуже шумно, що унеможливило повноцінний відпочинок. Коли ми ввічливо звернулися з проханням продовжити перебування в номері, щоб мати змогу відпочити, у відповідь отримали грубу та зневажливу реакцію.Протягом усього перебування деякі співробітники поводилися непрофесійно та були неготові допомогти. Попри те, що вони володіли англійською мовою, вони відмовлялися спілкуватися нею, що суттєво ускладнювало комунікацію.Особливо прикрим було спілкування з технічним директором Ярославом Камінським, який поводився грубо та непрофесійно, демонструючи пасивно-агресивну поведінку. На прохання вести розмову англійською мовою він відповів: «Це Польща, я не буду говорити англійською». Така позиція є абсолютно неприйнятною у сфері гостинності.Загалом це був дуже неприємний досвід, і я не планую повертатися до цього готелю. Якщо ви шукаєте готель, який цінує професіоналізм, ввічливість і комфорт гостей, рекомендую розглянути інші варіанти.
