  We had a apartment 15 minutes walking away from the old city. The apartment was modern, big enough and clean. It was easily findable (Nowy Świat 47) and a real treat to stay. It had every kitchensupply you needed exept for a coffeemaker. Other supplies such as dishwasher, washing machine, hot iron, vacuum cleaner and cleaning supplies where all there. It had a nice bathroom with bathtub. Only downside was that the heather couldn't be turned off. We expected airco as it was listed when we booked. This was disappointing because there was only a ventilator and it was over 30 degrees celcius. Furher than that we had a very pleasant stay,would book again and definitely recommend it.

  A spacious and comfortable apartment with all utilities. It had a large living room with tv and stereo, large bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, spacious hallway and equally spacious shower room. We couldn't have wished for more. I loved the apartment, it felt like home. The apartment and building were very clean. It is situated nice and central for easy access to everywhere.

  Stayed here for one night and had to leave early as it was so bad. We were very disappointed when we first arrived as it is nothing like the pictures we seen on booking.com was a lot smaller and very run down. We couldn’t sleep the first night as there was so much noise from other appartments and people outside. When we woke up in the morning the water in the bathroom was coming out brown and the water in the kitchen was the same, we couldn’t even brush our teeth. That was the last straw so we went to reception and said we are leaving. It wasn’t much hassle they gave us a refund for the two nights that we didn’t stay. We then went the the Novotel 5 minutes away which was so so much nicer and the same price too! Don’t stay in this place there is so many nicer and cheap places to stay in Warsaw! This place ruined our first day

  Fabulous size rooms, conveniently located between the main train station and the old town. Excellent facilities onsite. Bathroom cleanliness a little lacking, but nothing that couldn't be quickly fixed. Tv instructions would be beneficial, for non polish speakers. Check in and out was quick, efficient and friendly. The main street can get a little noisy at night,as there are many bars and restaurants however, this didn't prevent anyone sleeping.

  Ideal appartment in excellent location

  We were here for our 40th anniversary, which coincided with the Remeberance/Independance weekend. WOW, Warsaw came to life BIG time. The appartment was spacious, well appointed with everything we needed including dishwash, washing machine, Microwave and kettle. Plenty of heat (too much until turned down??) and air con.Accom comprised large living/dining room with 2 sofas and dining table 4 chairs TV and stereo, large double bedroom, kitchen, hall and shower room.The only issue was Saturday night, the club behind the room went on till 02:30 with loud thumping bass. Impossible to sleep with that going on. Since then, it has been fine. That might have been because of the special weekend?
