  Went for 3 nights,the room was very big 2 double bedrooms,downstairs toilet,kichenette &lounge with fridge,tv and lovely views.master bedroom was huge on a mesanaye floor overlooking the lounge.bathroom off bedroom huge with great shower was very clean.towels in room &cups & cooking stuff.staff very helpful on reception.short distance from centre of warsaw just a 10minute bus trip.great location for what we wanted would recomment.in a gated secure area.

  Tak okropne go noclegu jeszcze nie mieliśmy. Brudno, śmierdzi w lazience, popsute okno, brak światła w korytarzu, brudne naczynia itd wysoka vena za ten standard 400 zl za nocAwful place, we have never had such one. Dirty rooms, bathroom, not nice flavor, broken window, no light in the corridor, dirty dishes and many more. High price 400 per night SenatWA_h, Kierownik recepcji at Senator Warsaw Apartments, responded to this review Dziękujemy za opinie, apartament był przygotowany i posprzątany, jednakże na duże obłożenie nie mogliśmy naprawić okna na czas gdyż wymagało to zamówienia dodatkowych elementów. W naszych apartamentach znajduje się zmywarka do naczyń która nie do końca widocznie domyła naczynia, w przyszłości postaramy się zwrócić na to większa uwagę. Na przyszłość zachęcamy do rezerwacji apartamentu typu Superior, gdyż zarezerwowali państwo nasz najtańszy apartament ( zresztą ostatni jaki był dostępny praktycznie w całej Warszawie).

  Perfect price for perfect apartments

  It was perfect for a friends company two rooms and a kitchen apartment. Clean apartments with towels, bedding, hair dryer, and dishes. Easy to reach any other city place from this apartment. Good for families with children too.

  We were there on the Easter weekend with a few other families.The property is well maintained and gives a cosy self service hotel experience.You get a fitted kitchen and everything works.In my case the Internet was not working as they have internet routers kept in only some of the apartments in the building, so make sure u know that your apartment has that.Also the washing machine gave us problem.

  Rude & uninterested staff who try to con customer. Avoid this place!

  We arrived at the Apartment at 2:10pm and were told that check-in was from 3:00pm, so if we wanted early check-in, we could pay 50PLN to get the keys. It was only 50mins to go so they could have allowed the room free.We went around for lunch and returned at 4:00pm to get the check-in. The room was fantastic but there were no toiletries and no toaster in the room. The booking listing confirmed the apartment would have a toaster and toiletries. When we asked the same staff in Reception (a 10min walk away), all of a sudden they couldn't speak English and said to wait 5mins for their boss.After waiting 10mins for their boss, they just were not interested and said to wait a little more. I called Expedia to complain and Expedia called the Reception to confirm why a toaster wasn't provided nor toiletries. Strangely, the staff spoke English again and said only some rooms have a toaster and kettle. Toiletries wouldn't be provided either.Expedia said they will investigate this.Don't waste your money thinking that this will be a nice apartment, as you will be disappointed.The toilet was leaking and the bathroom was also in poor condition. It was clear that the apartment lacked maintenance. The internet was not working in the apartment and the staff said that we could use it in their office only, as the wifi in the apartment was not guaranteed.Staff were not keen to help out and they are only open for a few hours during the day. Avoid this place and look elsewhere.
